Apologetics and Truth

If your soul stands in doubt of your salvation can the scriptures in-of-itself birth the experience of your salvation?
The scriptures can validate the experience, but not produce it. So what is apologetics all about?

To defend or prove the truth the argument has to be on behalf of the experience of His power. For the Pharisees contended for the truth resisting Jesus Christ who is the truth.

Truth stands in the Giver (God) and is THE ANCHOR of the soul ,and also God created an opposing environment where complexity exists because of sin.

The dangers of our own traditional prejudice (truths) will  always overshadow the true direction of the Spirit and loop the soul to death or dead works. The Pharisees were scripturally correct but covenantly wrong.

Here are some examples:

1.Jesus healing on the Sabbath day was condemned by the law of Moses but justified by the Spirit.

2.Samsons choice of wife was condemned by the law of Moses but justified by the Spirit.

3.David eating of the shew-bread was condemned by the law of Moses but justified by the Spirit.

4.The offering of sacrifices by the Levites on the Sabbath were free from the law.

5.And the circumcising of the child on the Sabbath day was practiced to uphold Abrahams covenant.

These things teach us that God does indeed introduce exceptions to overthrow the carnalminded as Jesus said to Nicodemus about the wind.

JOHN 3:8 The WIND BLOWETH where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

But not without signification ( formal notification) as Paul says;

1 CORINTHIANS 14:7 And even things without life giving SOUND, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?
8 For if the trumpet give an uncertain SOUND, who shall prepare himself to the battle?

Paul says that all prophetic utterences will confirm the stewardship, and all doctrine will build with that one knowledge.
The true office of the Prophet confirms that which the apostle gives in the foundation of faith for the Church. EPHESIANS 2:20

Now there is a unity that is not feigned; as all the saints speak with ONE MOUTH and ONE HEART glorifying God. This is seen in  the covenant priesthood.

ROMANS 15:6 That ye may with ONE MIND and ONE MOUTH glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1. ONE MIND:  Study of doctrine
2. ONE MOUTH: Speaking prophesy of CHARITY
3. ONE HEART: From the foundation of TRUTH

And by these things we love God with all our heart, soul, ,mind and strength; keeping His commandments.

Nowhere in the Bible did the apostles encourage debating doctrine. This becomes an intellectual hobby which Paul calls 'ever learning'
2 TIMOTHY 3:7 EVER LEARNING, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Notice that Paul did not hand them any credit of divine inspiration or the Holy Ghost teaching them.

But the opposite occurs; Tailoring doctrine to ones own experience in place of the Record of the covenant. 

1 TIMOTHY 6:4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but DOTING about questions and STRIFES OF WORDS, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,

And every man goes his own way; Their ministry becomes a shrine to the aspirations and not the true Light of God.

ISAIAH 56:11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their OWN WAY, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

And again the prophet Ezekiel confirms Isaiah saying;

EZEKIEL 36:17 Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their OWN WAY and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman.

But God establishes a pattern in David;

Look at the pattern of the temple that king David received by revelation to replace the present time honored tabernacle of Moses. His acts were greatly protested by the Levites the ancient apologists.

God chose a language system of truth, an entire culture of truth that evaluates to Himself. God’s truth does not follow the pragmatic theory of philosophy, rather it follows the correspondence theory of philosophy, which states that something is true when it corresponds to reality. God committed Himself to the redemption of humanity by setting the power of Christ upon the knowledge spheres and spiritual tools of His kingdom. God’s language system addresses His own set of circumstances that are removed from the Exigent Faith. The two systems are diametrically opposed.

So the Church today adopted a language of its own, outside of TRUTH, and so the Bible becomes an enigma and terms of the covenant become buried under ambiguity.

ENIGMA: 1: an obscure speech or writing; 2: something hard to understand or explain; 3: an inscrutable or mysterious person.

Those who engineered the knowledge system, language, tools, and culture of the Exigent Faith used scripture to link their ideas to the Bible to validate their own experiences.However, these conflicting concepts were not encapsulated in Jesus Christ and therefore the power of Christ was not present and the knowledge and implementation did not convert to Christ Centered Spiritual Transformation;CCST.

By the letter or by the power of God is the gospel preached?

As the apostle Paul said, "and my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the POWER OF GOD.

PHILIPPIANS 3:10
That I may know him, and the POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

To know God, means to experience Him in His power. Those that lack the power build on the precept to protect the tradition.

2 buildings on 2 different FOUNDATIONS.

1. The Sand people: those that build shrines to honor traditions of men.
2. The Rock people: those that build the house of God by His Spirit

MATTHEW 22:29Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the POWER OF GOD.
MARK 12:24And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the POWER OF GOD?

Those of faith live by the power of Jesus' resurrection, and do not need carnal arguments to produce evidence of God or His Word, or His promises.

For God did this for us by His Spirit testifing of His grace in us.
Apologists need to resource the texts to build a logical case for the imaginations about God, because the carnalmind uses the wrong powers to give life to the soul.

When false-light is used to create God's fruit it diminishes the reason for grace. So the instinctive physical desire of the appetite of the soul moves the Will to object to the reason of grace to build its own evidence of truth to satisfty ones standing traditions of logic.

You can not create life in the soul by the imagination, and you can not create life or substance in the imagination by your logic of textual selection as the Pharisees did flattering God with a heart empty of faith.

Using knowledge to build evidence about God by your logic will not stand the test of time nor stand to the power of God.
The wisdom of this world is foolish with God and will not sustain peace in the soul nor save it.
