I see what you’re saying. I was thinking more of those in an eternal hell (if one believes hell to be eternal) existing outside of the will of God – not outside the plan of God. Those in hell would exist apart from God, apart from His will, apart from love, etc, - condemned for their rejection.
Except that they were created for that purpose. It isn’t His will that men should reject Him, but He ordains their rejection for His purpose.
That is the evil I was referring to - but it would be non-existant to those with God.
So I'll say "no" and "no" also, and keep it simple. When that which is perfect is come, I don't think evil will be included.
