To all who don't believe: God is a Trinity. Is He your God?
« on: Sun Mar 23, 2014 - 07:16:45 »
The Lord God Almighty, the Creator, is He whom scriptures reveals to exist and subsist as a trinity of the persons of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. That is to say, that the Father is God (YHWH), the Son is God (YHWH), and the Holy Spirit is God (YHWH). They are the One true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, of the Israelites, and is my God as well.

Is your God, the same as the God of the ancient Israelites, the chosen people of God, of Abraham, Moses, of Isaac, of Jacob, who is YHWH?

*Yahweh was edited to YHWH, in consideration for others who are disturbed or offended by the name.

I appreciate that.  However, as there has NEVER been a "W" sound in Hebrew, (contrary to what christian seminaries teach) a more accurate Roman letter depiction would be YHVH. (for yud hay vav hay)

I see Jesus as the human form of the God that came before Abraham.

According to Jesus there is only one true God and He said it was the Father.

NKJ  John 17:1 Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You,
2 "as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should1 give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.
3 "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. (Joh 17:1-3 NKJ)
