I like Josephus. He's important part of history and testifies that Jesus existed.

josephus:

1. Was not alive during the time of Jesus and can only offer others views.
2. Josephus was unsaved - never seeing a need for christ
3. Never told anyone they needed Christ as savior
4. It's unlikely that a Jew would refer to jesus as the Christ putting to doubt either mention of Jesus by josephus

the Gospels are the Written proof of Christ - the Holy Spirit is our proof
