Soul Liberty and choosing a Baptist church

Seeking a compatible Baptist church where I can feel at home has been a daunting task in my new locale.  How far and in what differences can or should we adapt to a church?  I find this riddle illustrated by the question of "days" in the writings of Paul:

“One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. The one who observes the day, observes it in honor of the Lord. The one who eats, eats in honor of the Lord, since he gives thanks to God, while the one who abstains, abstains in honor of the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself.” (Ro 14:5-7 ESV)

“Formerly, when you did not know God, you were enslaved to those that by nature are not gods. But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless elementary principles of the world, whose slaves you want to be once more? You observe days and months and seasons and years! I am afraid I may have labored over you in vain.” (Ga 4:8-11 ESV)

In Romans it seems that is covered under the broad tent of "soul liberty", yet in Galatians it seems to bear upon the very doctrine of salvation by faith alone through grace.  More to my own decision, dispensational teachings involve more than just a 7 year tribulation and 1000 year literal reign of Christ on earth, it involves how we view the the modern nation of Israel and the idea of God having 2 different peoples, the Church and also Israel.  Can a non-dispensationalist co-exist in a dispensational teaching church where the rest of the church doctrines seem compatible with one's own?  What say you brethren?
