God allowed Satan to attack Job but he wasn't allowed to take his life. Yes, Satan was restrainted.

Predestination is the act by which God predetermines a thing before hand, even before time. All that God has predetermined will surely come to pass.

Predestination is when you arrive where you're going before you start going there, which means you must have been there to start with, and you are simply a bit confused.

This will depend on how you view predestination: whether on a totaly individual case, or individually through the collective. In the second the predestination of God is not the single choosing of each, but the work of Jesus Christ in salvation. It was Christ crucified that was predestined so that each individual might be saved if they chose to believe, and thereby receive him. This is the Gospel message.
