I'm looking for a new book to read. Something along the lines of our relationship with Jesus. What's your favorite?

You might try any of Andrew Murray's books.  They are old but very good.  He centers much on the relationship of Christ and the believer.

Hi  rethink,

Yancey,  "The Jesus I Never Knew"

You will not be disappointed,  Yancey has a way of writing to what Lewis would call "mere Christians"  an appeal that bridges all denominational differences.  He is one of my favorite authors, writing that comes across as humble, graceful, and loving.

Cheers,
Carey.

Just realized this post has been dug up from many months ago, unfortunate that nobody responded until now.  Good on ya Stranger unfortunately rethink came and left on that day, but maybe someone else will take note.

Knowing God by J.I Packer is a superb book.
