Men Husbands

           HUSBANDS
 eph 5-23 For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for it.
 MT 7-1 Judge not,that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the same measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
 JAM 2-13 For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.
 COL 4-1 Masters, give your servants what is just and fair, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven.
 COL 4-6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
 COL 3-12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
 COL 3-5 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth; fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience.
2TIM 4-3 For the time will cosme when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers. And they will turn their ears away from the truth. And be turned aside to fables.
 1CO 12-18 But now God has set the menmbers, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased.
 1CO 12-21 And the eye cannot say to the hand; I have no need of you; nor again the head to the feet; I have no need of you; No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary.
 EPH 5-25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for it.
 1PET 3-7 Likewise you husbands, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
 1TIM 5-8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
 EPH 5-26 That He might sactify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, that He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that it should be holy and without blemish. So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church.
 LK 6-46 But why do you call Me'Lord, Lord, and do not do the things which I say?
 LK 6-41"And why do you look at the speck in your brothers eye, but do not perceive the plank in your own eye?
 MT 6-14"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
 COL 2-18 Let no one defraud you of your reward, taking delight in flase humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase which is from God.
 1TIM 4-6 If you instruct the brethren in these things, you will be a good minsister of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed. But reject profane and old wives fables, and exercise yourself rather to godliness.
 1TIM 6-12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
 MT 5-39"But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also.
 MT 10-36"And a mans foes will be those of his own household.
 MT 5-44"But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.

xxx Husbands are to treat their wives the same way Jesus treated the church. And because we have to prove ourselves to God, God has given us someone alive so we can show God just how we would treat Jesus if we were married to Jesus Christ. Husbands are the head of the wife. Remember the husband wasnt elected to the possision he was appointed by God.

Gal 1:10-12
10   For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.
11   But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.
12   For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ.

1Thes 4:1-8
1   Finally then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God;
2   for you know what commandments we gave you through the Lord Jesus.
3   For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality;
4   that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor,
5   not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God;
6   that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified.
7   For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness.
8   Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit.
(NKJ)

Eph 5:33
33   Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
