Seriously, though, I think Michael Tait of DC Talk has done a version.

I don't know the answer to your question by the way, sorry.

It's a compilation cd called "Bridges:  Classic Hymns, Modern Worship.  Here's a link to a Christianity Today article about it:

Bridges

It's a recent release, so it should be fairly easy to find.

Maybe we should start a separate forum for football [OK, soccer] fans?  I tend to watch more EPL and international matches than MLS -- but I have been watching DC United with interest the last year to see how Freddy Adu is progressing.

I particulalry like to watch Americans playing for European club teams.

If there are any reasons to upgrade your cable or satellite service, Fox Soccer Channel [formerly Fox Sports World] should be near the top of the list. [It was my list].[/color]

Soccer was created on this planet by the evil one to take people away from baseball, the only sport played in the great beyond.

I have believed this for years, but yesterday morning during church the point was driven home when a young girl, when asked "do you know who Babe Ruth was?" answered, "He was a soccer player."

Marc, Soccer is a great conditioner for baseball, since playing a full game is equivalent to running 7 miles.

Oh yeah, since baseball you really don't have so far to run, you may not need as tough of conditioning, but soccer can keep one in condition while playing baseball since most of the time in baseball you are standing around.  :;):

Seven miles?  You run that far while milling about in the middle of the field?   :D

I know a few years ago there was some controversy when a youth soccer league decided to stop keeping score.  This surprised me; I wasn't aware that teams actually tried to score in soccer.  I thought that the main purpose of the game was to stay as far away from the goal as possible. Confused

Now rugby's another story. . . .

The only problem is that in soccer you have to absolutely be in top shape to play. Not everyone can qualify.   Confused

The Spice Girls sold more records than the Beatles in England, too.  :D
