That only applies during "worship assembly". If you don't listen Sunday morning between 9 and noon (depending on local circumstances), Sunday night between 6 and 7 or Wednesday night between 7 and 8 you are OK.

If you watch In Search of the Lords Way on TV while the songs are playing on your computer you will need a mens meeting to determine if you have violated scripture or not.
