im new here, first post actually, this is the first place i found that seemed decent so here goes:

see i  have a different perspective on love then most.
I honestly believe there is one love for every person who has that desire in their heart.
I believe we can give our love to many, give things of ourselves, but the real romantic love is shared only with one person.
Many times i thought i found this love,and didn't i put my feelings on them,and gave them my love, but was not in love.From wanting that love so much, people i was with i just had them in my mind as the right person and therefore i THOUGHT it was love.

hope that makes sense God knows im dying to find someone who will agree with this.
people today dont care or so it seems. u know in love with bob one week the next week its jack so to speak.

not looking for haters or anything, if i wanted that id go to myspace:p


just feeling a bit lonely and depressed because i feel one in a million believing this:/

The Word of God describes it best:

Ephisians 5:28
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies.  He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
For we are as members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.
For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

I believe you are right about love.
There are many types of love.
I love my friends, my family, my brothers and sisters in Christ.
But I think you are talking about the love between a man and a woman.
The "being in love" with another. 
I agree that people in today's world tend to jump from one
relationship to another.
I don't think that is what God intended. 
Sopranette quoted it perfectly.  We are to become one flesh. 
That is what "being in love" is all about.
