Does anyone have a recommendation for a user-friendly website host, keeping in mind that we're a small congregation outside of the Bible belt (meaning we don't have a ton of money)?  I've been asked to give a report next Sunday.  We have some hands-on creative types, fwiw.

I use Web.com and pay $9.99 a month and then $5.00 a year for my domain name. You do not have to know HTML to do your own site it's like web for dummies. Everything is just cut and paste.  I like it a lot, extremely easy.

That's something I've been looking at.  It looks easier than the others I've seen.

I'm hoping "easy" is a selling point, because, even though there are several enthusiastic people at the moment, I have a funny feeling about who's going to end up taking care of the site....

My ISP includes a large enough space (no ads, either) with my account.  I just found out the other day that I've got more than I thought...like 5x's more.  Then I use Godaddy for the domain name and masking.

I should probably look at that.  I'm always afraid of provider-specific stuff, because I've changed providers so many times.
