Clear files and try again
« on: Sat Mar 04, 2017 - 18:11:04 »
I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 that doesn't want to load my email or update apps. A message pops up that says - Not enough space in device storage. Clear some files and try again.
I don't know how/why I have excess files that would cause this problem. I'm not a big app person at all. Besides the apps that came on my phone, all I've added is Facebook, Messenger, Periscope, Pinterest, and a relaxation app. No music stored. No documents stored. That's it. I don't download books, watch movies, or anything like that on my phone. When I try to uninstall apps that I don't need that came on my phone, it won't let me. I have no videos stored on my phone. I only have a few photos.

Any ideas?

OK, never mind. Think I have found the answer. I went to the apps I had and cleared the cache on each separate app, then went into my device storage and cleared cached data. My mail will load now.
