FireFox 2.0.0.2 update
« on: Sun Mar 11, 2007 - 20:00:36 »
The update on Feb. 27th really has my FireFox browser doing some strange stuff. Nothing critical, just annoying, as it makes extra steps (= time) to get anywhere. Anyone else having issues?

I have an eMac 10.3.9, and never have these kinds of problems. Rarely have any problem at all.

(Yes, I've been to the Support site. Supposedly there is an update being released tomorrow to fix some of it.)

No, I'm running 2.0.0.2 on a mix of Windows and Linux systems, no problems.

No problem on my system.  ::cool::

Have you checked for other possible causes of your problems, phoebe?

I'm using FireFox 2.0.0.2 on a PC and don't have any problems with it. I like it a lot. I'm sorry you're having trouble (if you still are).

Yes, I'm still having problems. I've been to the support site, and have followed their suggestions, tinkering with profile manager, preferences, working from safe mode, etc., with no change.

There was no update. Someone's wishful thinking, maybe.
