I forgot to mention, if you don't already have this video in your possession and it's a YouTube video, you'll need to capture the video from YouTube, I use a little app called 4K Downloader for grabbing YouTube videos for my Granddaughters tablet, works quite well.
So I tried out the two free apps I linked above, Lightworks seemed to work well but it may be a bit of a challenge if you've never done any video editing before. I made the clip without too much difficulty but the audio and video were out of synch quite a bit so rather than try redo the clip with delays in the audio track I just tried the other app; avidemux. It's quite a bit easier to use and the clip I made had the audio and video synced well.
