Problems with watching videos online

Hello I have a problem with not being able to watch a video all the way thru without buffering or the video stopping for a few minutes before it starts talking again?Why does it does this?I've even checked the Adobe Flash Player 9 that's installed on my computer.How can this problem be fixed so I can be able to watch a video all the way thru without any problems ::frustrated::

Then the issue is the download speed, not your computer.  The best thing you can do with dial-up is when the movie or song starts to play press pause and wait.  It will take a while but your internet connection is slow and will need more time to download what you are viewing or listening to.

How long do I wait?

Unfortunately, a long time.  It may be better to download the clip or movie you want to see.  Flash movies can be found in your internet cache, and you can watch them from there.  But if you can use "Save As" I would encourage you to do that.

I think it may have something to do with the AdobeFlashPlayer installed on my computer ::pondering::
When I tried to click on the flashplayer icon that's on my desktop,it would'nt open ::pondering::
