When I want to respond to a forum that has 3 or 4 paragraphs and I only want to respond to 1 particular paragraph in that forum how do I separate it from the rest?

After you click the "quote" button, you will see the text in the response box. Without touching the brackets and the code within it that look like [ and ] you just remove the text that you don't want to quote. Then you make your response outside the closing brackets.
