Microsoft is struggling to find answers for people whose attempt to upgrade to Windows 7 has sent their machine into an endless reboot cycle.

Anyone who is planning to upgrade to win7 should download and install the "Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor" first. This tool will scan your computer and tell you which applications will and will not be compatible to Win7. It definately will help you in making your decision.

By the way; if are still running Win XP you can not upgrade to Win7. You will need to do a clean install. Only Win Vista is upgradable to Win7.
