A single mans fast supper of course there`isn`t anything to prevent women from indulging if they wish.  I simply place the contents of a package of chopped meat(hamburger) . into a frying Pan and fry it loosely without making patties,  when it is about half done I add the contents of one or two cans of cream of mushroom soup,CAUTION don`t use more than you have) stir frequently until cooked throught out. serve with the rice or noodles which you will already have prepared.  Serve also with cold canned cranberry's.  What you don`t eat the first night you may eat the next. Note:  its actually pretty good,

Sounds great Walker. I would add a can of hominy if it were me and save the rice or noodles!

A good and very easy one

1 box mac and cheese
4 hotdogs
butter or margarine

boil hot dogs - once they boil remove them from water and chop into small pieces
dump hot dog pieces and mac and cheese ingredients back into the water, stir until it's done.

When you feel really adventurous - throw some bbq or hot sauce in after it sets up a little bit and stir.

Here's another easy, one pot meal for a "hahnwgry" man...

1 can tomato soup
1 cup instant rice
4 hot dogs

(yeah - most of my single man recipes involve hot dogs, but when I was single, I was also poor.)

Put it all into the pot with the amount of water indicated on the soup can.
Bring to boil, then simmer, stirring occassionally until the rice is done.

When I was single, in the early 70's, it was 17 cent mustard dogs at Der Weinersnitzl.

As an old married man, I go for the chili cheese dogs! I'll drive right by a steak house everytime for a der dog!

It sounds creative for a guy!  My dh would not have thought of that.  He would have fried a burger and had a bowl of cream of mushroom soup! LOL

My sons would have just assumed there was nothing for dinner... or becried... "MOM?"
