We can use this thread for appetizers...

Cheddar-Beef Dip

Small Jar of Beef Chopped                                1 sm. can green chilies
8 oz. Cream Cheese                                            2-3 Green onions
8 oz. Sour Cream                                                Pimento (optional to add color)
1 ½ c Cheddar Cheese grated-separated             Hawaiian Bread

Scoop out bread to form a bowl.  Stir together all ingredients, using only 1 ¼ Cup of the cheddar.  Pour into bread bowl.  Cover with foil.  Bake 450 degrees for 45 minutes.  Uncover, add remaining cheese on top, bake 5 more minutes to brown the bread and melt the cheese.

Baby baked potato.

smoked salmon, beetroot, crab, cheeses, cottage cheese, horseraddisg, chillies, etc, any of those will do.

Bake the potatoes for the standard time (dont forget to jabby) and mix and match the ingrediants!

I like beetroot and cottage cheese.

You can store these in a large ziploc bag. They are spicy!

Dried beef, used to make "chip beef" gravy comes in a jar, it is put out by Armour... and it will be in the lunchmeat section.  Or it is in my store.  Ask your grocer for Dried Beef by Armour.
