           Easy Chicken Pot Pie

16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large can cream of chicken soup
Desired spices
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first three ingredients
together in large bowl. Season to taste. Pour into large
greased pan (9x13 inch cake pan is ideal).

Mix last three ingredients together in small bowl. Pour
over top of chicken mixture. Bake until topping is
golden brown.

I saw Bobby Flay do a Chicken Pot Pie "Throwdown" recently...  and the women he was competing with used a "Phyllo" dough on top.. I want to try that recipe soon.  I like a "Pie" crust with Pot Pie... I've used the Bisquick many times, but it's just not the same as I had growing up.
