Yeah, I would pass as well but I have often thought that Canadian Geese could better serve us than being on the protected animals list. Trust me they are not in anyway endangered. I have seen entire flocks on the interstate.

Have you ever had it? I have and enjoyed it. Are those coons he's selling ones he shot, or are they road kill? LOL!

My cousins used to hunt coon's and Rabbits' when I was a kid...  My dad made some mean "fried Rabbit'... and I've seen he and my uncle John make Turtle soup too.  My cousin Jerry used to hunt his own frogs for Fried Frogs legs in the summer.  If you could catch it, someone in our family could skin it and cook it.

Can't say that I have... I've had alligator and frog legs, though. I suppose I might try it, if I ever had the chance.
