I doubled this recipe as  I do with some recipes. I like left-overs.                 

          Hungarian Goulash

4 lbs. stew beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 TBsps. flour
2 tsps. Mrs Dash Table Blend Seasoning,
          or substitute 1/2 tsp. each of Celery
          seed, black pepper, onion powder,
          and salt of desired
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 TBsps. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 bay leaves
2 cans low sodium tomatoes
2 cups sour cream
One 16 oz. pkg. noodles

Brown meat and place in crock pot. Stir in flour
and mix to coat meat. Stir in remaining ingredients
except sour cream and noodles. Stir well.

Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours. Add sour cream
30 minutes before serving. Cook noodles. Serve
goulash over noodles
