1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg

mix, spoon out on pan, bake...and eat. Yummy

These cookies are quite tender and can crumble easy but great for a quick treat....they're best fresh out of the oven. (Let them cool for 10 - 15 min. before eating.)

I sometimes mix chocolate chips with them sometimes.  My boys really love them.
