Rapture 2020: Iran’s Vow and the Sacrifice

Iran has vowed that any new war will result in Israel’s defeat within three days, in a way that they will not find enough graves to bury their dead. What will happen next? How does Russia fit in with recent events? Who will defend Israel?

I believe Israel is well prepared to handle whatever Iran or anyone else has to throw at them. And Israel is WAY less likely to play footsie than even Trump.

Israel has nuclear weapons.   

This fact has been known for many years.  If a combat situation arose in which it was determined that Israel would be overrun, then release of the nukes would be a real possibility.   It nearly happened during the 1973 Yom Kippur war with Egypt.   Fortunately the US intervened with military equipment and such an eventuality was avoided.

Iran is posturing.   Threats of general war are dangerous, but generally something to goad support from the gullible Iranian public for their government.   

Threat of external war is a time honored device for a nation's leadership to goad support from a gullible public.  The enemy abroad is considered to be worse than the enemy at home.   This device has been used by every government in recent times including the US government.   

"Remember the Alamo" was a slogan used to gain support for a Texas war against Mexico.
"Remember the Maine" was a slogan used by the US government to gain support for a war against Spain.
"The only good Indian is a dead Indian" was a slogan invented by US Army general Phillip Sheridan to support genocide in the Indian wars of the late 19th century.
"War on Terror" is a slogan used to gain popular support for endless American war abroad following the false flag attacks on 911.
"Patriot Act" is the name of a congressional act passed on October 26, 2001 in which the first ten amendments of the constitution (Bill of Rights) was DEratified.

Patriotic slogans and threats against foreign nations are a time honored device to elicit support from a gullible public for the illegal acts of government - any government.  In times of perceived danger a goaded public willingly gives up its liberties to remain secure.   Unfortunately neither security nor freedom results from such actions, but the public is generally unaware of this.   

Faith in God's ability to deliver our nation from evil is not on the American political table these days.

When asked if he believed in miracles, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said that the existence of Israel depends on miracles every day.   (It doesn't hurt to have a few nukes in your back pocket.)

There were many astounding things (miracles) concerning the Six Day War in 1967. And I also assume the same for the Yom Kippur War of 1973.

  Iran (Persia) is specifically named as one of the nations which will be part of a coalition which will attack Israel in the "Gog-Magog war", which'll occur after the 'beast' brokers a deal which will result in Israel & her enemies all disarming; thus, Israel will become "a land of unwalled villages". But the HATRED will still be there among the diaper-heads. & they'll bring their petro$$s to Russia, asking her to arm & lead them against Israel. Russia will accept, but the attack will be stopped by GOD somehow, destroying 5/6 of the coalition army.

  Scripture doesn't say what'll become of Persia after that, but the beast will be in charge. (The Gog-Magog war will occur before the beast has a chance to act.) The "great trib" will start shortly afterward.

Biblical use of textual imagery is consistent from Daniel to Revelation.   A beast is a figurative reference to an organization or system or nation. 

Without going into a lot of detail the beast of Revelation connotes a religious system.   He who rides the beast, meaning the little horn, is the Pope.

On April 15, 2019 a fire broke out in the cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris.   The hallowed symbol of international Catholicism was almost totally destroyed in the blaze.  On the same day a fire broke out in Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem.   Al-Aqsa is the third holiest site in Islam.   

In February, barely two months prior to the twin fires Pope Francis and the Grand Imam met to sign an agreement of fraternity and peace.  No Jew or representative of Israel was invited to attend.

I submit to the reader that the anti-Christ who will broker a false peace deal between Israel and the Arab block will be the Catholic Pope.

You've got your interpretation wrong.  The beast IS NOT a person.  The anti-christ rises out of the beast.  Read Revelation 13.

In the Bible, figures of animals ALWAYS represent nations, systems or organizations.    Look it up.  Do your homework.  Hollywood got it wrong - as well as most TV preachers who only want your money.

For example, Revelation 13 mentions a beast rising out of the sea.   Revelation 17 states that the textual representation of the sea means people. 
Sea = people.   
The beast, therefore, is an organization or system that arises out of a large number of people.

In Revelation 13 we read a description of a horn that arises out of the beast.  The horn represents a person or office of the organization.   Revelation also states the horn, or person, will speak blaspheme against God.   Blaspheme means "to claim to be God."   See the gospels.   Jesus was hated by Jewish priests because He, Jesus, claimed to be equal to God.

By the prophetic Word of God as well as the written word of the Catholic church itself, the anti-christ upon earth is identified as the Pope.

Beware the conjuring of modern false prophets who always have one hand on the Bible and the other in someone else's pocket.

The Bible interprets itself.  Read the book.

Revelation also further identifies the Pope as anti-Christ by describing a fatal head wound that is healed.

On February 20, 1798 Pope Pius VI was arrested by troops under the command of Napoleon Bonaparte.   The Pope was imprisoned where he died and church property in Rome was seized by the French army.   The fatal head wound of the anti-Christ described in Revelation 13:3 was thus fulfilled.

Revelation 13:3 also states the fatal head wound would be healed.   In 1929 the Lateran Treaty, supported by Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, returned 110 acres of real estate in Rome to the authority of the Pope thus creating the modern city-state known as Vatican City.

History fulfilled also identifies the Pope as anti-Christ.    Google it.  Read about it in the Bible.   If this doesn't give you a chill, nothing will.

Historically, the Catholic church has been responsible for the death of more saints and Jews than ANY OTHER NATION including Nazi Germany.   Over time the figure comes close to fifty million people.

And the Bible predicted it two thousand years ago.

Interpretations of the beast of Revelation as a man (anti-christ) are based on tabloid religious novelizations, illiterate TV evangelists (*) and popular myth. 

For instance, Hollywood presentations, pagan religions and classic mythology almost always depicts its demi-gods as animal or combinations of animal and human.  When the Bible depicts a human-animal figure it does so to represent a combination of human and human organization, system or nation.  Admittedly there is a fine line between the two interpretations and therein lies much confusion about the meaning of Biblical images.  Proper interpretation requires attention be made to consistent use in Biblical context.  Never apply secular definitions to Biblical passages.  The Bible interprets itself and it is this interpretation that must be correctly applied.   

The majority of commentaries, Bible dictionaries, and scholarly interpretations define the beast as I wrote earlier; a system, organization or nation.   Some refer to it as a 'force' - meaning a social movement or other form of human grouping.  In today's jargon we'd call it a 'trend'.  Leaders arise out of populations - out of the sea as described in Revelation.  When the Bible (Revelation) says a beast rises out of the sea we can correctly interpret its meaning as 'an organization arising out of a population of people'.  A great leader thus arises out of the demonic beastly religious system.   

An excellent example of imagery involving animals may be found in Daniel 7.   In this chapter the prophet describes four beasts; lion, bear, leopard and one with iron teeth and ten horns.  These four beasts represent the four divisions of the Greek Empire following the death of Alexander the Great; Seleucid, Antigonid, Ptolemaic & Hellenistic.  Later chapters describe these kingdoms making war with one another.   The pattern of using beasts to represent systems organizations and/'or nations repeats and is consistent throughout the Bible.

If standard definitions of Biblical terms aren't used in a consistent manner, interpretations will be skewed.

(*) TV evangelists are notoriously ignorant of Biblical principles, history and standard interpretations.  They embellish their own or popular misconceptions so as to promote their religious schlock.  Jim Baker, one of the most noteworthy TV evangelists of the 1980's, admitted he hadn't read the Bible all the way through until he was sent to prison for real estate fraud.  Beware the electronic voices for they do not always speak God's truth.
