I'm writing this on the morning of February 2, 2022.   Our news media is celebrating it as TWOs-day instead of Tuesday. (2/22/22) It's a bit of humor that escaped me this morning probably because I hadn't sipped my first cup of coffee when I heard it.  The news people on TV laughed as though it was the funniest thing they'd ever heard.  I groaned.

When all the commercials ended (leaving most of us about thirty seconds before we escaped the house for work) there was a brief statement about Russian incursion into eastern Ukraine and Vladimir "the hammer" Putin's statement of the previous evening.  Our enemy in the Kremlin has taken off his kid gloves.  He will take what he wants because he CAN.  Who will stop him?

Yesterday, Monday, I was informed by a former member of the Belarusian KGB that the general invasion of Ukraine would begin on Thursday or Friday at the latest.  How I came to know this fellow is irrelevant.  His words didn't come as a surprise to me then and certainly not to you, dear reader, now.  Did the man speak truth to me?  Does it matter?

As of this writing the United States has suffered yet another embarrassing military and political defeat at the hands of our sworn enemies in Afghanistan.  Our exit from that impoverished land mirrors one a generation ago from Saigon, South Vietnam.

Russia and China view the present status of America, weakened by pandemic disease financial inflation and cultural debauchery, as being much less of a threat to their local and global ambitions as has been the case in the decades following the end of WWII.

America is rattling a rusty defeated saber and our enemies know it.

At home we are more concerned with the antics of our Hollywood celebrities, lying politicians and the rising cost of bread hamburger and gasoline.  Shortages in the former land of plenty are now a daily occurrence. Violence is everywhere with stabbings and beatings surpassing the number of gunfire injuries and death (including those of our reckless police).  My daughter and her husband have installed a bidet in their bathroom because they fear a future shortage of bathroom paper.  They may have a good idea there I think.  I know elderly people who haven't left their house in nearly two years for fear of disease and violence.  I have stood in my front yard an heard bullets zing through the air above my head. 

America isn't the place we were once proud to call home.

The Russian threat of war in Europe to reclaim Ukraine as part of its former empire is real and present.  The Chinese threat to retrieve Taiwan, which was it's traditional property, is real.   Last Christmas our news media vacillated between the two threats and ultimately surrendered to commercial messages about pain relief, expensive new cars we can't live without and clothing items that aren't cheap any more.   Used sneakers on eBay now cost as much as two hundred dollars.  I saw an auction there for one shoe.  That's right - ONE shoe.  This is nuts.

Self-proclaimed profit$ continue to vomit their interpretations of scripture in our ears and before our eyes.  What is God's plan for America?  It ought to be obvious by now shouldn't it?  America has collectively turned its back upon God and literally LITERALLY told Him to hit the road.  Indeed He has.   While God continues to have mercy upon individuals who call upon Him, He doesn't extend mercy to nations.  America is in deep sewage of our own making.   It will get worse, much worse until and unless we recognize that God is our only hope now.

Indeed it is time to REPENT of our SINs and wickedness.  Perhaps God will listen to us and save us individually.

There is no hope for America.  It is time for us to reap what we've sown.  Something wicked is coming for us.  Indeed some believe it's among us already.

Back in 1954 I received a vision of America's fate.  If one recalls properly America's first H Bomb test, that is just when I received my vision of America's fate.  It is not just what is in the daily news of America, more importantly, it is what is being left out as well.  Only years later did I learn that everyone personally involved in this first H Bomb test died shortly thereafter.

To the point, America has been very adapt with being able to conceal her sinfulness, yet it does occur on a routine daily basis, the world over.  You mentioned Afghanistan and the Ukraine. 

Afghanistan had nothing to do with the events we now know as 911.  America is the world's drug lord, when a bunch of ragheads in Afghanistan decided to cut off the world's (America's) number 1 source of opiates, they needed to be made an example of just what would happen to all their other raw drug suppliers as well, who might be thinking along these same lines of conduct and actions.  Just like Korea, Viet Nam, Panama and all the rest of her previous drug suppliers which includes our present-day Iran, who foolishly destroyed America's drug operation within their borders.  A price they are still paying to this very day.

Ukraine is no different than the war within Georgia which was fought by Russia.  Parts and pieces recovered from rocket and missiles launched from North Korea were found to have been made in the Ukraine and shipped to North Korea.  These were designed and made to carry a nuclear payload.  Nothing more needs to be said about America's sinfulness which goes beyond one's owns ability to grasp, let alone understand just how far America has fallen.  Nuclear proliferation?

The number one prophetic visions people are posting on the net of late are all about nuclear war.   According to bible prophecy, as written in any bible I presently read, all life on planet earth does not end in a nuclear holocaust.  What I do find in bible prophecy is that our Lord and God will allow sinful man to proceed to a given point in time.  A point in time that is most near at hand where divine intervention must prevail, throughout the heavens and the whole earth as well.  Starting with America is as given, a righteous and just cause by our Lord and God.  The question of repentance, of, by and from America remains outstanding, to our Lord and God of All.

I agree with 99% of your post except the bit about 911.

911 was the excuse invented to justify American invasion of foreign lands for oil and drugs and gold.  Once our nation's citizens were suitably raised to the level of irate rage, our leaders were free to do as they pleased on the international stage.  Proxy president Dick Cheney orchestrated much of those activities before during and after the 911 incidents.(*)  Why did leaders who were charged with the defense of our country from enemies both foreign and domestic betray us?  Because we first betrayed God.

Since November 22, 1963 which was a government crime more heinous than 911, America has followed a course of destruction lies greed and hedonism.  The generation of flower children became adults, some of whom directed 911.   Love was left in the muck of Woodstock when our heads cleared.  Our fathers' generation  killed their president and our generation killed our democracy.   All together we have turned our backs upon God and told Him to hit the road.

God WILL NOT bless America any longer.......because we don't want Him to do so.  When was the last time you picked up a newspaper or watched a TV show where His blessings were documented? 

We just use His Name as a moniker for our insincere public utterances (because public prayer is now illegal).

God does not hear the prayers of and for our nation any longer (John 9:31a).

Even our churches have gotten into the act of supporting and justifying SIN and WICKEDNESS.  Inasmuch as they deny God's Holy LAW they worship the works of the devil and not God.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LICENSE TO SIN.

America is not alone among the people of the world and the nations who disobey God.  I'm not concerned about any of them at all.  I was born American, grew up American, served in an American uniform and pay American taxes.  This is my home and it's crumbling around me.  It is time for all of us to REPENT else we shall face a very dark future for ourselves our children and our grandchildren.
