I thought for a long time about this time we’re in, many people have changed a lot of what created, and that more people are more concern of property, wealth and fortune, parts of America became just like Sodom and Egypt. They also have, change the body of Christ, them their family like Timothy who walks in the Lord.
The trials will beginning will begin soon; take to heart who is the Lord when this begin.
The Hour of Trial --- Temptation
1 Corinthians 10:13 (NLT)The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.
God is faithful
Verse 13. Consolation to them, under their temptation; it is none but such as is "common to man," or "such as man can bear," "adapted to man's powers of endurance" [WAHL].
faithful -- (Ps 125:3 Isa 27:3, 8 Rev. 3:10). "God is faithful" to the covenant which He made with you in calling you (1Th 5:24). To be led into temptation is distinct from running into it, which would be "tempting God" (1Co 10:9 Mt 4:7).
way to escape -- (Jer 29:11 2Pe 2:9). The Greek is, "the way of escape"; the appropriate way of escape in each particular temptation; not an immediate escape, but one in due time, after patience has had her perfect work (Jas 1:2-4, 12). He "makes" the way of escape simultaneously with the temptation which His providence permissively arranges for His people.
to bear it -- Greek, "to bear up under it," or "against it." Not, He will take it away (2Co 12:7-9).
faithful -- Psalms 125:3 (NKJV) For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest On the land allotted to the righteous, Lest the righteous reach out their hands to iniquity.
Notes--reserved -- "kept." It is only God's constantly watchful providence which holds together the present state of things till His time for ending it.
which are now -- "the postdiluvian visible world." In contrast to "that then was," 2Pe 3:6.
the same -- Other oldest manuscripts read, "His" (God's).
Verse 3. Though God may leave them for a time under the "rod," or power (Ps 2:9), and oppression of the wicked for a time, as a chastisement, He will not suffer them to be tempted so as to fall into sin (1Co 10:13). The wicked shall only prove a correcting rod to them, not a destroying sword; even this rod shall not remain ("rest") on them, lest they be tempted to despair and apostasy (Ps 73:13, 14). God may even try His people to the uttermost: when nothing is before our eyes but pure despair, then He delivers us and gives life in death, and makes us blessed in the curse (2Co 1:8, 9) [LUTHER].
the lot -- the possession, literally, "Canaan," spiritually, the heavenly inheritance of holiness and bliss which is appointed to the righteous. Sin's dominion shall not permanently come between the believer and his inheritance.
The Coming Hour of Trials
faithful -- Isaiah 27:3 (NKJV) I, the Lord, keep it, I water it every moment; Lest any hurt it, I keep it night and day.
faithful -- Isaiah 27:8 In measure, by sending it away, You contended with it. He removes it by His rough wind In the day of the east wind.
faithful -- Rev 3:10 Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.
faithful -- 1 Thessalonians 5:245: 24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.
faithful -- 1 Corinthians 10: 6-14 Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted.
And do not become idolaters as were some of them. As it is written, "The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play."
Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell;
nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents;
nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer.
faithful -- 1 Corinthians 10: 11 - 14 Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.
Therefore let him who thinks he stands to take heed lest he falls.
No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.
way to escape -- Jeremiah 29:9-13 For they prophesy falsely to you in My name; I have not sent them, says the Lord.
For thus says the Lord: After seventy years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform My good word toward you, and cause you to return to this place.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
way to escape -- 2 Peter 2:1-2 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.
And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed.
way to escape -- James 1:2-8 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,
knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.
But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;
he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
way to escape -- James 1:12-13 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
way to escape -- 2 Corinthians 12:912:7-9 And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure.
Concerning this thing, I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me.
And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Matt 4:7 "It is written again, 'You shall not tempt the Lord your God.' "
John 10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
