   Is it proper for an individual to follow some on almost every thread and post a quot without posting
   anythoughts of his own.  Not just doing it once but over and over and over ad infinitem?  If it is I will
   start doing same and thus increase the number of my posts without needing to think or needing any
   sincerity.
