Sounds like the one I reported last week.  "League of Angels"  is an online game from  gtarcade. com.

ETA: Yeah - I just saw another ad for League of Angels from gtarcade .com

OK - here we go again.

Started seeing an ad a week ago for traveling buddies but the addy that came up when hovering the mouse pointer over it was "googleads....."   so I clicked it and got the actual site that came up:

https://www.triptogether.com

It shows a bunch of women who are "ready to travel anywhere."  Some guys as well.

I know the ads are put in place to generate revenue for the site, but I have chosen not to see the ads via adblock plus, a free plug-in for Firefox and Chrome browsers.

That is great for a home computer but this one is not mine and I cannot add plugins.

If you use Chrome, you can sign into Chrome and the browser will load all of your personal settings, Bookmarks, Plug-ins, Themes, etc. When signed out the browser returns to normal functionality. I do this at work on any one of the 10,000 computers available for use.

The version of Chrome they give us here has that option turned off. (you can do that if you are a gov't agency)

Besides - i do not like chrome at all.

OK - this one is from googleadservices.com:

"Inner peace and harmony" Trancendental Institute of Bethesda.

Since I am in Silver Spring MD, that is only about 10 miles away.  Google taylors stuff to your location.

Got a different one today for trancendental meditation in general.  It is also from Googleadservices.com.

I am assuming that one is rather difficult to get rid of.

Today I am seeing a "5000 Thai Women" ad.  Again, it is "google ad services" plus a bunch of gobbldygook in the short cut.

here is where the click takes you:  (if you really want to go there replace the ** with tt)

Some guidance on how to properly report these ads that have "google ad services" as their link from a mod or the admin would be helpful.

Sorry I'm just now seeing this. If you could right click and copy the link address to the add and post it, I can ban the ad. Thanks.

I haven't seen any questionable ads, but I don't like seeing an ad above every answer to someone's post.  Is there a way to turn them off so I don't see them?  I posted this question a few days ago but I forget where I put it.

The only option is to install a browser plugin like adblock plus, they're free and work best with FireFox and Chrome, although I do believe there exists a solution for IE as well. I do not see ads here, on Facebook, or any other forums or blogs I frequent.

I have tried my best to copy and paste the add here but I don't seem to understand how to do it (or perhaps it cannot be done), but I am a little disturbed of the add photo in MoodyMouses thread..."Jesus was a bigot, a racist! Didn't you read he was sent only for the Jews?" in the Apologetics forum within the Theology Forums...a scantly clad Asian female...and this is supposed to be for a Christian website apparently about prophecy.

I am assuming that GraceCentered does not know about the add photo....

Thanks!

PS...apparently it moves around...it was between posts #'s 1 and 2 but now it isn't there.

Just FYI!

Saw an ad today pointing people to findmoreinmasonry.org, promoting freemasonry which teaches that it doesn't matter what you believe about God as long as you worship "some God".

Here is the URL that it will direct people to:
