Subscription or Watched Topics How Does It Work?

I've posted on a few forums, and usually they have a very clear button that you click and it takes you to the threads you have subscribed to or are Watching or whatever. I have spent a lot of time here trying desperately to find that function on this site. Wherever it is, it is very had to find. Why is that?

You are not answering my question. Do I have to draw a picture? I 'm NOT talking about how you add something to your watch list, I'm asking how you find that list after you add something to it. If I go up to the site and want to go to a thread I have been posting on, but don't know where it is. HOW DO I FIND IT and bring it up? I hope that is clear. This is getting very upsetting.

There should be a clear button that says something like: WATCHED TOPICS or SUBSCRIBED TOPICS. I see nothing remotely like that anywhere on on any drop down.
