Does anyone ever listen to online sermons, please read
« on: Mon Jan 31, 2011 - 21:09:50 »
I need help from other ministers, clergy or just Christians with experience.  I have been working on a website for an new online church. I'm not sure if any of you have websites but I need to know how to go about something.  This church is not a building where anyone meets together on Sundays. It is strictly online for help in Faith and guidance for those who come in need.

First I need to state that it is nothing spectacular to look at. We don't charge a dime for anything and we don't ask for donations or anything like that. Everything done is by volunteers. So I have the basics to work with as far as construction goes. The word is sincere and true however.  The sermons are what I will say, some of the best I have ever heard.  I have two reasons for this post. One is to get people to listen to these sermons and use what they hear. The other is to give the preacher speaking on them some feedback.  He speaks of extremely interesting subjects. He isn't bashing any person of God but one of his best ones is about corrupt preachers who give Christians a bad name. It is so good. I wanted to share it because there are some major red flags flying around and people need to hear it. Good preachers need to speak out about it and pull those away from the fire. You know as well as I do that a bad preacher has followers that will follow them straight to hell when they pass. There are many false prophets and false teachers like the bible says there would be. Anyone who believes and follows them is following the works of the devil. We need to stand together as Christians and save these souls. I want everyone to go to heaven. I know that is wishful thinking but I am generally a happy person. I want everyone happy! I can't stand the thought of suffering souls in hell.

There are sermons on faith, helping others, neighbors standing together to make change in our world, sin and how to pray. I think everything is very interesting and helpful to us Christians. There may be something you want to use in your sermon on Sunday. There may be something you want someone else to hear that is helpful. For me, I just want to spread the Lords words as quickly all over the world and save souls.  I am not the preacher but he is a dear friend of mine. He speaks with conviction and sincerity. I want him to be heard and I don't know how to get the word out other than to speak to others. I know it will make him feel so good to know others are listening to him. Better yet, if you listen and like what he has to say...especially if you are a preacher yourself... contact him! He loves people and he loves Christians. He wants to make friends out there and he wants to make changes in our world.

If you are a true Christian, take me up on this and reach out your hand. It is time we do something rather than let Revelations continue to grow closer! Hold hands and be strong in faith. Link deleted per rule 3.1 Please respond to me here if you visit and don't respond to him. God bless everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Hello,

I'm glad you are doing this as a ministry. I truly understand and appreciate that time is short and we need to proclaim the word of the Lord and minister using media. A suggestion for you is to go about getting a hosting company and creating podcasts. Your website should have the ability to play and integrate those podcasts from a webpage. Before a podcast is made it should be saved as an mp3 or some kind of audio file and imported into an editing program. From there it can be exported and uploaded to a server and a podcast can be created using itunes. You can visit apple.com for more information and your website hosting company should be able to help. I hope this helps you. Blessings on your website and work for the Lord.
