Yeh, I read that ~ heard they'r singing ~ great fun ~ peace loving muslims  ~ teaching their children to be like themselves ~ this is nothing new ~ the muslims occupy western Armenia ~ killed most of my family ~ just having a good time doing what muslims do ```

I notice that the Ottomans under the Kemal regime were officially secular, outlawed specifically Muslim dress, and prided themselves on being a "secular, enlightened, western nation."

How did secularization do for Armenia?     Is it possible that the religious hatred was merely a cover for hating people who were different?

Quite laughable!  Jesus said that "in heaven men and women do not marry, they are like the angels." It would seem that there will be a very great number of disappointed bods - if they get there! There is no sexual intimacy in heaven - there is absolutely no need of it - it's just in God's plan for us while we are in the flesh, to propagate our species.  The Lord will already have his great family - no need to reproduce up there! IMO those of us who are given a place in heaven, will be so overcome with the "fullness of joy" at being in His Presence, that other matters will be of little, or no, import. We shall be lost in union with Him! "The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in union with Christ Jesus".

My own personal opinion is that we shall be "changed" and no longer recognize our former identity (with all its countless failures)  - after all, it is written that we shall be given a new name!  Here "in the flesh", we think life is all about us - we are mistaken - it's all about Him!. There is nothing else more important than knowing Him!

Quite true. All of what you said.

Do you remember , if you are old enough, back to the late 1960s when Episcopal Bishop James Pike's son committed suicide? This delusional man wrote a book about the visitations he had with his late son and they discussed "the other side. He asked his son about sex over there and the son told him there WAS sex but not the same as in life. The 2 spirits would come together and blend. According to the son there is no marriage, so he did get that right.

I do not have that book, and frankly am not of the mind to look it up to quote from it, but it made an impression on a 20 something's searching mind. To the point that quite often the visual that I had at that time comes present when I read Gen 2:24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

" The muslims claim that Jesus is a prophet, and is a "true" muslim, and that He will assist the Mahdi (the muslims expected "messiah") when he comes, to convert the whole world to Islam.   So why don't muslims pay attention to what Jesus said?"

This shows how far their cult has led them in their beliefs.

Wonder who they think Jesus beheaded? Maybe I missed it only reading the cliff notes?

They originate long before this old one was born. Their roots go back to Abraham. You cannot get much more Jewish then that. How they can think Jesus was a Muslim when he was born of Jewish parents escapes me. Yet they believe He will help convert all to Islam.

How is it that literal or figuratively speaking, wen God said Gen 12: 3 in part;  "And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
That would include families from Sarah. That would include families from Hagar.

But their beliefs has evolved. A true evolution. into the Islam of Jeremiah Wright who hates Christians and GD's America and the Islam of Louis Farrakan who calls Jews pigs.

Definitively: Their God is not my God. And I want no part of their religion. they may have my head and I pray God in His mercy has them with a clean edge for a swift severing.  ::amen!::

Probably was linked with genocidal behavior in Armenia.

Those were the secularists, the anti-Muslims.  Kemal and his "young Turks" were determined to have a completely secular state.   The laws were changed to remove Islam as the religion of Turkey.   The constitution of Turkey after Kemal, neither recognized any religions nor endorsed any.

When a British diplomate chided him about the atrocities his party was doing in Armenia, saying "you have friends who are Armenian", Kemal responded "After we have done this, they can never be our friends."

It was cultural, not religious hatred.

Kemal did much that was good, installing freedom of religion in Turkey, but he could not get past traditional hatreds.

You'r bats if you think islam was removed from turkey

You aren't reading carefully.   The Young Turks who overthrew the Ottomans were secular and took the religion out of the government.    So much so, that the Hagia Sophia, once a Christian cathedral, then a mosque, is now a museum, and it's illegal to even pray there.    Muslims can wear head scarves anywhere in the United States, but they can't wear them many places in Turkey.   The Kemal government was rigidly secular.

Those are the guys who did the Armenian persecutions.

Erdogan is trying to change from the secular traditions.

He is, but he's in a bit of trouble.   He recently lost control of Istanbul in metro elections.   He controls the courts, so he'll get a mulligan to try again.    But that's just going to enrage the western Turks who are solidly secular.   And the northern and eastern regions aren't enough to win another election to head Turkey.

Opinion: The beginning of the end for the Erdogan era

Official results still aren't in for Istanbul, but Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's AKP suffered drastic losses in many other important cities. The strongman's future looks weak indeed, Erkan Arikan writes.

Individual members of false religions can be saved if they remain in ignorance of truth by no fault of their own, and rightly respond to the Holy Spirit of God in such a state of ignorance. This in no way shape or form condones false religions, or makes them acceptable to God in any way. They are instruments of deception devised by the evil one for the exact purpose of destroying souls. It is the duty of every true believer to warn those deceived by these soul damning religions of the danger they are in by remaining separate from the one and only Lord and Savior of humanity. Holy Spirit inspired love, tact, and convicting power are of course an absolute when witnessing to those of other faiths.

Apostate "Christianity" alone would declare or support any other path to salvation or worship of the true God in any other way shape or form, other than that prescribed by scripture in and through the only Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All religions which refuse separation of church or religion and state including "Christianity" are a danger to freedom of religion of course, but personal liberty and thought as well. Catholicism and Islam are infamous for abusing humanity and trashing freedom, liberty, and expression when they have ruled under a united church and state. Both should be watched carefully along with all other religions concerning illicit relationships with political leaders, and their tendencies to work with the same shaping laws and governing policies toward their own advantage. Both continue to preach, support, and implement their own rule through said manipulated politicians to this day.

Both are also very involved presently in flooding other nations with their own adherents from their own failing nations, into other successful nations increasing financial burdens upon the same. Not to mention of course, introducing large populations of people with extremely different cultural and political views at variance with the existing populations, with more than just a few supporting state sponsored religions. This is not just a happenstance. It is a deliberate form of asymmetrical warfare intending to reshape and distribute the governments, wealth, natural resources, and freedoms of the peoples of this world. The false religions involved in facilitating these power grabs and manipulations against the will of the peoples of successful nations should of course be pointed out as what they really are.

On the other end of the spectrum are those of the secularist faith devoid of religion altogether, who also have a history of terrible abuse of humanity and squashing freedoms and liberties as well. They squash all religious conviction and faith of course under their rule which will not allow for the same. The Protestant and biblical form of government established in these United States of America was exactly intended to prevent these sometimes contending and sometimes cooperating power grabbing religio-politcal institutions from dominating and abusing humanity. Through the separation of church and state, and a system of checks and balances, an educated people were empowered to be their own governing body. Maintaining the principles of our government entails maintaining a well educated population with moral fiber. Therefore have the enemies of all truth been attempting to continuously dumb down society, while they politically attack and bypass the Constitution of this once well educated and morally empowered nation.

True biblically inspired government is being attacked on all sides by the false religions of Roman Catholicism, Islam, and secular humanism. None of which or whom will allow for authentic Christian witness and warning concerning the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the near future judgment regarding the same. It has been the usurpation of the left or liberal leaning which they have been primarily manipulating to their own ends for some time now. The tide is slowly turning though. When it has fully turned we will witness their manipulation of the conservative right as well. It is in fact the manipulation of both of these groups to the point of instituting their extremes by law, that they will conquer and subjugate both. It is of the utmost importance for Americans to study and understand the history of the political intrigues of Roman Catholicism, Islam, and Secular Humanism if they wish to remain free from a repeat of their abusive pasts as leaders of peoples and nations.

It is evident to all who will examine the issue, that these many times unelected globalists are all presently involved even together perhaps, in bypassing the will of peoples in various nations through the manipulation of their elected politicians. The mass migration of peoples dependent upon government aid is of course conducive to producing the political atmosphere of government dependence, which never tends toward freedom and personal rights or liberties. The different political or religio-politcal views of these migrants who for the most part are not interested in integrating in to the society they have chosen to depend upon, are of course well suited to facilitate change along the same lines as well. In the case of Catholics and Muslims, many of their religious leaders fully expect these migrants to work toward the establishment of their religions or social doctrines if you will, by law. At the same time, radical Secular humanists will not have respect to the freedoms of true biblical Christians to express their beliefs and promote their morals. This is most obvious where they dominate. Perhaps this three fold union is connected to that three fold union spoken of in the book of revelation, that will devide the world.

Rev 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

The final movements are global movements. They will unquestionably therefore involve the globalists. Which globalists have already targeted biblical "Christianity" as their enemy.

In other words, people who are ignorant of the truth and are worshiping false gods can be saved if they respond to the gospel message in truth, leaving their ignorance and false gods behind.

Well, of course. This is true of everybody. ::nodding::

One would think, but not necessarily so in todays world. Common knowledge and sense seem to be increasingly relics from the past.
