Put Google out of business!
« on: February 03, 2010, 10:08:12 AM »
Hi, all:

As a privacy advocate for these past ten years, I am so excited that
Startpage has officially launched its Proxy service.  That means now you
can visit virtually any site on the net in total anonymity, from the
convenient, private Startpage search engine.

Watch my video to see how it works:

WorldNetDaily, the hugely popular Internet news source, made the
Startpage proxy launch their headline story last week when it launched.
Be sure to read their article here:
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=123391  or see below.

Happy private surfing!

In freedom,
Katherine Albrecht, Ed.D.

But just when we trust you that all will be better, and we find that they have a new way of stealing our souls and money, you will leave us and we'll be stuck without google.   ::cryingtears::

If you want to protect your privacy, don't post personal information on the internet.

Proxies not only slow down browsing, but can still be traced.

ANYTHING you do on the Internet CAN be traced.  Any keystroke you type on your personal computer can be traced!  Anything you delete can be retrieved.

There is no such thing as privacy when you use a computer, whether you use the internet or not. As stated here before, regardless of which search engine you use, it can be traced!

I don't get it..........why would I care who knows what sites I click on??  So some company's brainiac IT guy sees that my IP address has visited his site...........who cares?
OK......just visited the site.  It gives you 25% of the search results that Google does.  Umm yeah........I'll stick with Google.  No brainer.

There is no such thing as a "right to privacy".
