The Supreme Court in a 6-3 decision on Friday overturned Roe v. Wade, the landmark ruling that established the constitutional right to abortion in the U.S. in 1973.

The court’s controversial but expected ruling gives individual states the power to set their own abortion laws without concern of running afoul of Roe, which for nearly half a century had permitted abortions during the first two trimesters of pregnancy.

Almost half the states are expected to outlaw or severely restrict abortion as a result of the Supreme Court’s decision, which is related to a highly restrictivenew Mississippi abortion law.

Other states plan to maintain more liberal rules governing the termination of pregnancies.

Justice Samuel Alito, as expected, wrote the majority opinion that tossed out Roe as well as a 1992 Supreme Court decision upholding abortion rights in a case known as Planned Parenthood v. Caseys. He was joined in that judgment by the five other conservatives on the high court, including Chief Justice John Roberts.

This shows that controlling the Whitehouse with someone with a backbone and also controlling the Senate are the two most important consequences of elections, that being populating the SCOTUS.  We averted total disaster by defeating Hillary in 2016. Brandon may get the opportunity to dilute the common sense on the bench in the next couple of years, especially if the Dems hold the Senate. A Red Wave seems likely, BUT I'm containing my excitement considering the Dems have honed their skills in the stolen election category. Who knows what Plandemic mischief lurks. But the most important thing is to get someone in the Whitehouse serious about protecting innocent LIFE and also willing to treat the Left with the total disdain they deserve. Trump did that well. The typical RINO like John Cornyn from Texas would Never in a million years act anything but exactly like a Democrat. DeSantis Is a good understudy for someday, but I fear way too nice. We need another street fighter.

REFORMATION RUMBLINGS

Executing Surgery On A Cancer
[revised]

The protesters of the decision on Roe vs Wade, notably the liberal media, are yelling, “Women have a Constitutional right to abortion.” This level of absurdity is bizarre and crashes head-on with our Constitution, because our Constitution has never in its history conceded that taking an innocent life, whether born or unborn, is admissible.

It is not there. And the universal commandment from the One who issued it, says, “You shall not kill”—or take the life of an innocent person. “Cain rose up against his brother Abel and killed him”—an innocent man. The Lord announced his punishment. “You shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth... And the Lord put a mark on Cain” [Gen. 4:8-15].

Aborting a living person is among America’s most hideous cancers and abominations. An unborn person is a human creation within its mother’s womb—a creation who is kicking, making other movements, and whose heart is beating. When the biblical Elizabeth, who was carrying John the forerunner, was greeted by Mary who was carrying the child Jesus, “the baby leaped for joy in her womb” [Luke 1:39-45]. The child was a person!

My question to abortionists— I assume you are pretty well contended and satisfied with life. If I’m correct, “Are you glad your Mom didn’t abort you?”

Praise the Lord! The U. S. Supreme Court executed surgery on a rapidly-growing cancer. May other dangerous cancers within our society be surgically removed—whether by our country’s legal and political Representatives in the various States or by the hands and wisdom of our Creator.

I am so glad to see this day.

There never was a CONSTITUTIONAL right to kill innocent babies.  EVER.
And there never was a CONSTITUTIONAL right to privacy, which is what the Court made up in Roe v Wade.

I am so happy to see the court tearing down those made up "rights."
