What are you most thankful for this Thanksgiving

I know we all have so much to be thankful for that it will take way to much to name our blessing one by one but I thought we might express at least one or some just to keep the spirit of thanksgiving going.
I will start with being thankful for the love the Lord has given me and for my family and our home and means of living in this journey here below awaiting our time to go home to the Lord.

I am thankful that the Lord answered our prayers for the growth of our congregation and joined us with another in harmony as one under one roof. It was a blessing to have more brothers and sisters to assemble with.

Thankful for every blessing that God is pleased to bestow upon us, they are indeed numerous. The hardest thing for us as parents and grandparents is to teach our children to be thankful~the sin that leads a family, nation, and individuals, away from God is not being thankful for the smallest blessing of everyday life.

Colossians 3:15~"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful."

Romans 1:21~"Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

God daily loadeth us with so many blessings, many we just overlooked and expect them to be there!

Psalms 68:19~"Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah."

May our hearts be stirred to never forget the smallest of blessing we all richly enjoy every day.

What are you most thankful for this Thanksgiving

The gift to know Him who is Love, and to experience His love in our life, and be able to take this love and show it to others, even though we fall so short of following our Lord Jesus Christ.
