Francis Bacon (writer),  Mia Hamm (soccer player) and Landon Pigg (singer) all endorse pork.   Smile

Police  As a retired law enforcement officer, or as I was called sometimes "a pig", I endorse pork too.

"Yes indeed.  Eating anything that can play a piano would be a sin".

Well it used to be  that for ritualist reasons Roman Catholics abstained from meat on Fridays.

Ok, why fridays?

John 3.16 contains great theology, without doubt.

Read God's Word prayerfully every day; it's a joy and privilege.

If folks feel they must have TATTOOS, have you considered having faith related designs tattooed?

"I know and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean." Rom 14:14.

Jesus, the clean, became unclean so that we may be clean...it was part of the Ceremonial law, which was nailed to the cross.

Mr H:

That's a good verse, yes.

How it all relates to the inward and spiritual is the ultimate issue.

Mr H:

Yes, well I can't help what the SDA says.

I'm talking about the Bible.

The SDA still calls eating pork a sin...but, they haven't read this verse.

Well, it is a tradition of the Adventist Church.  When we replace the Word of God with tradition, we are siding with Satan, who said, "Yea, hath God said...?" Gen 3:1.

I do no believe in any tradition, just the Word of God. I believe that Jesus bore our sickness and pain, not just our sin, the baptism in the Holy Ghost, the seventh day Sabbath.

Did you know that a sign of The Antichrist is "...he thinks to change times and laws?" Dan 7:25.  There is only one time in His Covenant - the Sabbath.  This was done by the Catholic Church.

No. It isn't sin. It was a part of the Ceremonial law which was nailed to the cross.
