Maybe it's a diet to avoid heartburn?  Rolling on floor laughing  That one I should use at times.

Hi!  No, it is anti-inflamatory, but called "deflaming"...staying away from all grains & grain products.  And I am also on no dairy.  Their claim is that all grains are inflamatory to the body.  One part of it is these contain gluten and gives the body an acidic pH.  But I am getting tired of fruit salads and vegetable salads.  Wondering if anyone else had experience with it and knew how to add some other things.  I did make a stir fry the other night, but most of the "comforting" foods are taboo.  I went to this Dr for help with pollen allergy and he wants to treat the reason for the allergy instead of the symptoms!  I have heard before that a healthy body is not allergic to anything.  But this was a shock for me and just wanted to talk to anyone else maybe knowing more about it.  The page he referred me to online, just tells you what to cut out without much more help.  I found a Paleo diet that seems similar, but seems different in ways and I won't see Dr again till next Thursday to ask him about it.  Similar to gluten-free and wheat-free diets, but find none of them are really the same.  Like could I use buckwheat flour which some recommend.  Or almond flour?  The diet eliminates legumes, but was wondering about chick peas and hummus? Thanks for any and all replies!

How fascinating, I find people usually know nothing about Ph.
I'm glad you do and for those reading this, we want our ph to be alkaline. Cancer, candida, mold, fungus absolutely can not grow in alkaline.   If the Petri dish is acidic - away they grow!

I can not comment on any specific diet  - but will say - I used to be allergic to popllen esp April and October - but am not any longer -probably thru cleaning up my diet.

Also, you would be interested I think this is odd ---I "need" to crack my knuckles alot.
In 1995 I had Chronic Fatique Syndrome ---"ME" who has endless energy!!
I took a year to find the answer ---but one of the tries was to eat only white rice, meat, salt, distilled water for a few days.   During that time I never ever had an urge or need to crack my knuckles!! If I tried to  - they didn't need to be cracked!!    Interesting, huh?

Allergies? I was allergic to 80% of life during the CFS. I knew nothing of ph back then.
Most all foods caused the room to spin. ( even a thimble of feta cheese!)

Have you read Dr. Robert Young's book The Ph Miracle?
Do you have a ph test tape to put into your urine stream? That's always fun.
Oh and you must turn onto Doug Kauffman( Kaufman)   He is on the InspirationNetwork Channel - but have no idea when. He has a website also.
Very smart guy with many health interviews.

Allergies are so often caused by too much mold, fungus, yeast , inflammation in our bodies!! What a source of info he is!
Gotta run ---and what an inspiring name you chose, thank you.

Hi Elaine!
Tell me more!  How do you eat?  I looked up online the two men you recommended.  Will see my Dr on Thursday & ask about them.  So many questions! Went & put "Know the Cause" to tape.
In talking about the fungus, do things like mushrooms cause problems?
I am heading to watch a program at 9:00 and then bed, but will enjoy talking to you much more...Thanks for answering! Tipping hat

Hi,
I don't know your Dr -maybe he's a cool, informed guy ---but as you probably know, so many you can just say 'vitamins' to them and they pooh-pooh even those as doing nothing.   I hope you have a hip Doctor.

You know most things in moderation are fine. However, if your immune system or adrenals or some other system is sluggish ---even 3 ounzes of organic coffee could do you in!!   So, mushrooms can be fine for someone ---while I had allergies with the CFS - one mushroom, a thimble of feta, 4 oz of coffee, one shot of Scotch, home fries, any spices and herbs, peanut butter ---would make the room spin and collapse me like I had mono-nulceosis or something.

Why... mostly because of the molds in peanuts, dried herb, potatoes!, aged cheeses, etc.

The adrenals have got to be at 100%.
Question: I ask people that are dragging ---"Do you wear sunglasses all the time -wouldn't even leave the house without them?" (among other questions)
Tell me if that's you, before we go on.

There are a couple labs that make excellent adrenal glandular supplements  - in 2 weeks your adrenals will perk right up. Helping you with allergies as a by product.

I can eat and drink pretty much anything I want now.  I put my espresso machine in storage so I wouldn't be tempted to drink it daily -I switched to Earl Grey with stevia.

Quercitin is really good for allergies,  I forgot to tell you. Quercetin? I would also get some Caprylic Acid - kills candida in the intestines ---but now I'm thinking we should continue off the forum -this could bore someone.
I'll pm you:)

I love talking about health.

The health message is part of the Gospel message.

Jesus Christ spent most of His time helping people with health problems.
And Christians, who are suppose to follow Christ's example, are to do the same.

God has supplied us with the elements to attain to healthful living principles.

1.) Pure air
2.) Sunlight
3.) Abstemiousness
4.) rest
5.) exercise
6.) proper diet
7.) use of water
8.) Trust in Divine Power

Every person should have a knowledge of how to apply each and every one of these.

God's Health Laws, is one of the factors that will be considered in the Judgment Day of Christians.

Are you talking about heartburn? If so, I can help you with that if you have any questions.. My girlfriend used to experience heartburn, its been like 3 months. She have medicines that her doctor recommend especially when situations get worst so she always has it in her purse. I suggest you also consult a doctor and not just ask people because heart problems can be risky.

Hi Renaldo10!
No, I had pollen allergies in the fall starting around August 20 till it freezes.  And this diet was what a chiropractor said to follow.
But thanks for answering.  Have been very busy and haven't been on lately.
