Medical Question re Bleeding Out
« on: Sat Sep 10, 2011 - 21:51:22 »
Don't call the authorities; this has to do with a manuscript I'm working on.

Is it possible for a person to bleed to death from the palms of his hands and the soles of his feet? I hope so, because it would be somehow poetically just.

fwiw, the person in question is heavily drugged and cannot help himself.

Thanks.

Possible under certain conditions. It wouldn't be quick. It usually takes some kind of anti-coagulant like heparin or cumadin. (Blood thinners)
