Something not mentioned on the link for reducing inflammation is fasting. Fasting is a powerful tool to reduce inflammation in the body and there's science to support it.
Just yesterday, I bought this book and will start my fasting program on Monday. I've chosen the alternate day fasting program, not the extended fasting program. So I will not be eating on Monday, Wednesday, Friday of next week.
