Red Radicals

We were fighting against red radicals to preserve the honor & virtue of Southern Womanhood.

When I said that I was serious.

This Book:
(free ebook) https://books.google.com/books?id=3ooKAQAAIAAJ&printsec=frontcover&fbclid=IwAR3Rd16PY6jK0a6-wJmtPR8eFeh9uQj3Ml8ms8yUTuj0e3_sp9NKuwsYbxc#v=onepage&q&f=false

Published by the University of Pennsylvania in 1917, this Doctoral Thesis, is a good place to start learning about how far back Socialism goes in the US.

Definitely worth reading. Bunch of other old books worth reading too.

Would be the Reader's Digest version of those other old books. It is on the ISR website. If you read it remember they are not critiquing they are bragging. You will not find any real historians challenging it because it is true. You'll be shocked.

It's earlier than that.   Congress mandated public schools in 1787.    General welfare was made the law of the land in 1787.  Publicly-funded orphanages opened in the 1700s.

In Prussia, the first publicly-funded health care system was implemented by Otto von Bismark.   The 1883 law was the first of its kind to institute mandatory, government-monitored health insurance
