Congressional Methodist?

 Anyone know about Congressional Methodists and what their core beliefs are?  I understand there's a Free Methodist from other posts here, along with the UMC.  Perhaps Congressional and Free are one and the same? Thus far googling "Congressional Methodist" hasn't come with anything.

Ya, I actually did google for "Congregational." But no luck. 
It's a small church near where we live that I was curious about/interested in. We've moved "back home" awhile back after three decades absence... A  friend is going help me find out info thru her social network, so no worries.
I have to tell you though.. in the coversation I had yesterday with my friend regarding this, I said "congressional" at least three times before my mistake was pointed out to me.  Oh... she and  my hubby had such a good laugh!!
