 even half the article would be questionable .

most times it just a  sentance or two.

What about using it like a research paper does instead? Paraphrase from it and quote it. Just don't forget to give the credit to the source and provide a work cited link. I think then you are at least attempting to not plagiarize another's work. I'm not saying go full MLA or APA style but just give credit to the individual and cite where the full article can be found. I agree that we shouldn't copy and paste the whole thing, but making references to it while citing the source should fall into the fair use clause, right?

How does posting a link square with the TOS 3.4 where it says if you post a link the target needs a link back to here?
