Good Jesus' Teaching Through His True Disciples
« on: Thu Jul 16, 2015 - 15:45:11 »
Here is message from Jan Boshoff (FinalCall07). I copy n pasted.

The world is full of self-sufficient Christians. They have everything sorted out. They have their church, they have their Bible,  they know the right scriptures, they can prove their salvation, they have their occupation. They have their plans. They are in total control. They have their life planned and they do things as they see fit. The only problem is that they do not have Jesus Christ.  If we are truly Christians, disciples, followers of Jesus Christ then we realize how absolutely, totally dependent we are on Him. Without Him we can do nothing. He guides us, He teaches us. We have no plans because we walk in His plan and we do what He tells us to do. We take the job that He gives us to do and we live our lives to please Him. We do not quote scripture to defend or justify our belief, we have a TESTIMONY because we WALK WITH Jesus. He provides in our needs and He guides us every step of the way.  The self-sufficient Christian is no Christian at all. He does not know Jesus, he doesn't need Jesus because he himself thinks that he is God.  Are we disciples of Jesus Christ? Is He our LIFE? Is He our everything? Or have we got it all sorted out and planned out? If Jesus is not EVERYTHING, day to day, moment by moment, in our lives, then He is not our Lord and Master and we do not belong to Him.  Are you a self-sufficient Christian or are you totally, utterly dependent on Jesus Christ for every moment of your life? May Jesus bless you.

JESUS' COMMANDMENTS THAT MUST BE OBEYED TO BE SAVED
He who keeps the Lord's commandments and follows them is a wise person and who does not keep the Lord's commandments and who does not follow them is a foolish person and they will ship-wreck their faith and the destruction of their house shall be great. I read in Matthew chapter 7:24: anybody who listens to my teachings and follows them is like a wise person who builds his house on the solid rock. Though the rains come in torrents and the floodwaters rise in the winds beat against that house it won't collapse because because it is built upon the rock. Anyone who hears my teachings and does not obey them is like a foolish person who builds their house on the sand when the rains come in the flood comes in the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with the mighty crash. It is the words of Jesus that we must obey. The words of Jesus, and today I'm going to be telling you all the commandments of our Lord as written.

Jesus says in Matthew chapter 5 verse 16; let your good deeds shine for all to see so that everybody will praise your heavenly father. I warn you unless your righteousness is better than the righteousness of the teachers of the law and the Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of God. But I say if you are angry with somebody you are subject to judgment. If you call somebody a fool, you are in danger of being brought before the court. If you curse somebody you are in danger of hellfire. If you have something against somebody, you must go and reconcile with that person. Then come and offer to God. Do not resist an evil person, if somebody slaps you on one cheek offer him the other cheek also. If you are sued by somebody for your coat, give him your jacket as well. Give to those who ask don't turn away from those you want to borrow. I say love your enemies and do good to those who persecute you. If you only love those who love you how are you better than anybody else? For even the pagans do as much. You are to be perfect even as your heavenly father is perfect. When you give to somebody in need, don't do as the hypocrites do and trumpet your good deeds. When you give to somebody in need, don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing.

Give your gifts in private. When you pray, pray to your father behind closed doors and praise your father in private and tell your father who sees everything. He will reward you when you pray. Don't babble on like a religious who think they will receive answers from their prayers by repeating their words again and again, the heavenly father knows what you need even before you ask him. If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly father will not forgive your sins. When you fast, comb your hair and wash your face then nobody would notice you are fasting except your father in heaven. He sees everything you do and he will reward you. Don't store up your treasure on this earth, store up your treasure in heaven. Where your treasure is there your heart desires will be also. Nobody can serve two masters. You will hate one and love the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

I tell you do not worry about your daily life whether you have enough food and drink and clothing, for life is more than these things. Look at the birds they don't have barns nor do they store their food, yet your heavenly father feeds them. And can all your worries add a single moment your life? God cares about you, so why do you have so little faith? Seek you first the kingdom of God above all else, live righteously, and he will give you everything according to what you need. Don't worry about tomorrow for today has enough troubles of its own. Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. For the standard you judge others, will be the standard by which you will be judged. Don't waste what is holy on people who are unholy.

Don't throw your pearls to pigs or they'll all come and trample you. Keep asking and you will receive what you ask. Keep seeking and you'll find. Keep knocking and the door will be opened to you. Everybody who asks receives, everybody who seeks finds, everybody who knocks the door will be opened. Do to others as you would have them do to you. This is the essence of what is taught in the law of the prophets.

You cannot enter God's kingdom except you go through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad and many choose that way, but the gateway to life is very narrow and it is difficult and only a few people find it. A good tree produces good fruit and a bad tree produces bad fruit. You can identify a tree by its fruit so you can identify people by their actions. Don't be afraid of those who threaten you, for the time is coming when everything that is hidden shall be revealed.

Don't be afraid of those who want to kill the body, for they cannot touch your soul. Fear God who can destroy both your body and your soul in hell. Don't be afraid you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. Everybody who acknowledges me publicly on this earth I will acknowledge them before my father in heaven. Everybody who denies me here on earth, I will deny them before my father in heaven. Don't think I came to bring peace to the earth, I came to bring a sword of division. I have come to set a man against his father, daughter against mother, daughter-in-law against mother-in-law, your enemies will be of your own household. If you love your father and mother more than you love me, you are not worthy of being mine.

If you refuse to take up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of being mine. If you cling to your life you will lose it, but if you give up your life for my sake you will find it. If you receive a prophet as one who speaks for God you will be given the same reward as a prophet. If you receive righteous people because they're righteous, you will be given a reward like them. And if you give a cup of water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded. Come to me all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens. I will give you rest and put my yoke upon you. Let me teach you because I'm humble and gentle of heart and you will find rest for your souls for my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Anybody who isn't with me, opposes me.

And anybody who isn't working with me is actually working against me. A tree is identified by its fruit. How can evil men speak what is good and right? For whatever is in your heart determines what you say. A good person produces good fruit from the treasury of a good heart, an evil person produces sin, evil things, from the treasury of an evil heart. I tell you this; you will be called to account on Judgment Day for every single idle word that you have spoken. The words you say will either acquit you or they will condemn you on the day of judgment. The seed that falls on the foot path represents those who hear the message about the kingdom, they don't understand it, and then the evil one comes and snatches away the seed that they received and it dies. The seed on the rocky soil represents those who hear the message and immediately receive it with joy, but they soon fall away when they have problems arise or they are persecuted for believing in God's word. The seed that fell among the thorns, represents those who hear God's Word, but all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries and the cares of this life and the lure of wealth and no fruit is produced. The seed that fell on good soil represents those who hear and understand God's Word, and they produce a mighty harvest. Just as weeds are sorted out and burned, so it will be at the time of the end of the world.

The Son of Man will send his angels and they will remove from his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil, and the Angels will throw them into the fiery furnace where there will be a weeping and gnashing of teeth. And the righteous will shine like the sun in their father's kingdom. Anybody who has an ear must listen and understand. Anything you eat passes into your stomach and then goes into the sewer. But the words you speak come from the heart. That's what the defile you. For from the heart comes evil thoughts, murder and adultery, all sexual immorality, theft and lying and slander. These are what defile a man. If any of you wish to be my follower, you must turn from your selfish ways, take up your cross and follow me. If you try and hang on to your life you'll lose it, but if you give up your life for my sake you will find it. What benefit is it for you to gain the whole world yet lose your own soul? Is there anything worth more than your soul? For the Son of Man will come with all his angels in the glory of the father and he will judge all people according to their DEEDS.

I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins, and become like a little child, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven! Anybody who becomes as humble as a little child is the greatest in the kingdom of God. What sorrow awaits this world because it tempts people to sin. Temptations are inevitable, but what sorrow awaits the people who does the tempting. If your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better to enter eternal life with one hand or one foot, than to be thrown in the external fire with both your hands and feet. If your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than have two eyes and be cast into the fires of hell.

Beware that you don't look down on any of the little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels are always in the presence of the father. If a man has 100 sheep and one should run away, won't he leave the 99 and go and seek for the one that was lost? And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he will rejoiced more over it, than the other 99 that didn't wander away. In the same way is it not my heavenly father's will, that even not one of these little ones should perish. If anyone's sins against you, go privately to them and point out their offense. If they listen you have won that person back. If you are unsuccessful, bring others to them and if they still won't listen, take your case to all the believers, the church. Then if they won't accept the correction, treat this person like a pagan. I tell you the truth whatever you've forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.

I tell you this also, if two of you agree here on earth concerning something you ask, my father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there amongst them. If you want to be perfect, go and sell what you have and give the money to the poor, and you'll have your treasure in heaven, and then come follow me. I tell you the truth, it is harder for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. And I'll say it again but it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God. Humanly speaking it is impossible, but with God everything is possible. I assure you that when the world is made new and the Son of Man sits upon his glorious throne, you who have been my followers will also sit on 12 thrones judging the 12 tribes of Israel.

And everybody else who has given up house, or brother, or sister, or father, children, or property for my sake, will receive 100 times as much in reward and eternal life. You know that the rulers of the world lord it over their people and officials flaunt their authority over others, but among you it must be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve others and give his life for a ransom for many. I tell you the truth, if you have faith and you don't doubt you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, may you be lifted up and thrown into the sea and it will happen. You can pray for things and if you have faith you'll receive. You must love the Lord God with all your heart and mind and soul. This is the first and the greatest commandment.

The second is equally important; love your neighbor as yourself. The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments. The greatest among you must be your servant. Those who exalt themselves will be humbled. Those who humble themselves will be exalted. When the Son of Man returns it will be like in the days of Noah. For in those days people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up until the day Noah entered the ark. People didn't realize what was happening until the flood came and swept them all away. This is how it will be when the Son of Man comes. Two men will be working in the field, one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding flour in the mill, one will be taken and the other left. So you to must keep watch, for you don't know the hour your Lord is coming. Understand that if the homeowner knew the hour the thief was to come, he would not allow his house to be broken into. You also must be ready for the Son of Man will come when least expected. A faithful sensible servant to whom a master can give responsibility of mastering his other household servants, the master returns and finds that the servant has done a good job and there will be a reward. But if the servant is evil and thinks that my master won't be back for a long time and he starts eating and drinking with the drunkards and beating the other servants, the master returned unannounced and unexpected and he will have the servant cut into pieces and assigned a place with the hypocrites in the outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

But when the Son of Man comes in all his glory and all the angels with him, he will sit down on his glorious throne and all the nations will be gathered in his presence. He will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will place the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on the right; come to me you blessed by my father, for you have inherited the kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. I was hungry and you fed me. I was thirsty and you gave me a drink. I was naked and you clothed me, and I was sick and you cared for me. I was in prison and you visited me. And the righteous ones will ask; Lord when did we ever see you hungry and thirsty and give you something to drink? Or naked and give the clothing? Or in prison and visited you? And the King will say; I tell you the truth when you it to the least of these brethren of mine you were doing it unto me. And then the King will say to those on the left, away with me you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you didn't feed me. I was thirsty and you didn't give me a drink. And I was a stranger and you didn't invite me in. I was naked and you didn't clothe me, and I was sick and you didn't help me and visit me. And then they'll reply; Lord when it we ever see you hungry or thirsty or naked or sick or in prison and we did not help you? And he will answer them; I tell you the truth when you refused to help the least of my brothers and sisters you're refusing to help me. They will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous will go away into everlasting life.

Put away your sword those who use the sword shall die by the sword. Don't you realize that I could ask my father for thousands of angels to protect us and he would send them instantly! Keep watch and pray always that you don't give into temptation. For the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Everybody will be tested by fire. Salt is good for seasoning but if it loses its flavour, how do you make it salty again? You must have salt amongst yourselves and live in peace with one another. Whoever divorces his wife and marries somebody else commits adultery against her. And if a woman divorces her husband and married somebody else she commits adultery.

The coming of the Son of Man can be illustrated by the story of a man going on a long trip, when he left home he gave each of his slave's instructions about the work they were to do, and he told the gatekeeper to watch for his return. You too must keep watch for you do not know when the master of the house is going to return. In the evening in midnight or dawn or before daybreak, don't let him find you sleeping when he returns. I say to you what I say to everyone, watch for him. Pay attention to what you hear. Those who listen to my teachings more understanding will be given. Those who are not listening even what they think they have will be taken away from them. If you want to be my disciple, you must hate every thing else by comparison; your father and mother, wife children and brothers and sisters, even your own life otherwise he cannot be my disciple. And if you do not carry your own cross and follow me cannot be my disciple. Don't begin until you count the cost, otherwise you might not complete only the foundations before running out and people laugh at you. You must count the cost if you want to be my disciple. You cannot be my disciple without giving up everything that you have. If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large things.

If you are dishonest with little things you won't be honest with greater responsibilities. If you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with heavenly wealth. If you are not faithful with other people's things, why should you be trusted with things of your own? No one can serve two masters. You cannot serve God and money. There will always be temptation to sin but woe to the person who does the tempting. If another believer sins rebuke that person. Then if there is repentance, forgive. Even if that person wrongs you 70 times a day and each time asks you for forgiveness, you must forgive them. If you have faith even as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this tree; be uprooted and be thrown into the sea and it will obey you. When a servant comes in from plowing does his master say come eat with me? No, he says prepare my meal and serve me while I eat and you can eat later. And does the master thank the servant for doing what he told him to do? Of course not! In the same way you obey me, you should say we are unworthy servants who have simply done our duty.

I tell you the truth unless you eat the flesh and drink the blood of the son of man, you cannot have eternal life within you. Anybody who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise that person up on the last day. I live because of the living father who sent me in the same way anybody who feeds on me will live because of me. I am the true bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will never die like your ancestors did. The spirit alone gives eternal life and the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life. But some of you don't believe me, that is why I say that people can't come to me unless the father gives them to me.

You cannot enter the kingdom of heaven without becoming born again of water and the Spirit. Humans can produce only human life but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. Don't be surprised when I say you must be born again. The wind blows and just as you hear the wind blowing and you can't tell where it is coming from, so you can't explain how people are born of the Spirit. No one has ever gone to heaven and returned, but the Son of Man has come down from heaven and as Moses lifted up the bronze snake on a pole in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up so everybody who believes on him, will have eternal life. God so loved the world that he sent his only son so that everybody who believes on him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his son into the world not to judge it, but to save the world through him.

There is no judgment against anybody who believes in him. Anybody who does not believe in him, has a ready being judged for not believing in God's only son. And the judgment is based on the fact that God's light has come into the world, that people love darkness more than they love light for their actions are evil. All who do evil refused to come to the light for fear their sins will be exposed. But those who do what is right, come to the light so everybody can see that they are doing what God wants. Anybody who drinks of water will be thirsty again, but those who drink of the water that I give, will never be thirsty again. It is a fresh bubbling spring within them giving their eternal life. God is Spirit and he's looking for those who worship him in spirit and in truth. I am the Messiah. I assure you now that the time is coming and is indeed here now when the dead will hear the voice of the son of God.

And those who listen will live. The father has life in himself and he has granted the same life-giving power to the son and he has given him authority to judge everybody because he is the son of man. Don't be surprised, indeed the time is coming when all the dead in their graves will hear the voice of the son of God, and that will arise. Those who have done good will arise to eternal life, those who have continued in sin will arise to experienced judgment. I can do nothing on my own, I judge as God tells me therefore my judgment is just because I carry out the will of the one who sent me.

Anyone who is thirsty and let him come to me and drink anyone who believes in me may he come and drink for the scriptures declare that rivers of living water will flow from his heart. I am the light of the world, if you follow me you'll never walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life. I tell you the truth everybody who sins is a slave to sin; and a slave is not a permanent member of the family of God, but the son is part of the family forever and if the son sets you free you are truly free. I entered this world is to render judgment to give sight to the blind and to show that those who think they see, they really are blind. I am the resurrection and the life anyone who believes in me will live even after dying.

Anyone who lives in me and believes in me will never die. If you trust in me you are trusting not only me but also in God who sent me. For when you see me you are seeing the one who sent me. I have come as a light to shine in the dark world, and all who put their trust in me will not remain in darkness. I will not judge those who hear me but don't obey me, for I have come to save the world not judge it, but they who reject me and my message will be judged by the day of judgment by the truth I have spoken. I don't speak of my authority, the father who sent me has commanded me what to say and how to say it. And I know his commandments lead to eternal life, so I say whatever the father says to me to say. All who reject me and my message will be judged on the day of judgment by the truth that I have spoken. If you love me obey my commandments and I will ask the father and he will give you another advocate, the Holy Spirit, who will lead you into all truth and will never leave you. The world cannot receive him because it isn't looking for him but you know him because he lives in you now and later will be with you. I do not abandon you as orphans, when I'm raised to life again you'll know that I am with my father and you are with me.

Those who accept my commandments and obey them, I and my father will love them and I will love them and reveal myself to each one of them. My sheep know my voice and they hear and they listen to me. They do not follow anybody else. I am the way the truth and the life nobody can come to the Father except through me. If he had really known me, you would know who my Father is. From now on you do know him because you have seen me. I tell you the truth he who believes in me will do great works that I have done an even greater. You can ask for things in my name and I will do it so that the son of man can bring glory to the father. Yes ask for things in my name and I will do it. Anyone who does not love me will not obey me, and remember my words are not my own.

I'm leaving you a free gift, peace of mind and peace of heart, and at peace I give is a gift the world cannot give you. So don't be troubled or afraid. Remember what I told you. If you really loved me you would be happy that I'm going away. I have told you these things that when they happen you will believe. I am the vine and you are the branches, my father is the gardener. And he cuts off every vine branch that doesn't bear fruit. Remain in me and I in you for the branch cannot produce fruit while it is severed from the vine. I am the vine you are the branches, you who remain in me and I in you will produce much fruit. When you produce much fruit you are my disciples and this brings great joy to my father. Anybody who does not remain in me and withers up is a useless branch and such branches are gathered and cut off and they are thrown into the furnace and burnt. But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want and it will be granted. Go into all the world and preach the good news of the kingdom. Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. He who does not believe will be condemned......

When you call someone a false teacher, then please explain from the message above what is
false about it, instead of just making a blanket statement.

Thank you.

Besides probably 95% of people posting here are "false teacher", as it seems that no more than 5% can
agree on anything.
 ::smile:: ::smile::

Looking forward to hearing your truth on the statement made in the Original Poster.

your right , I should have explained myself , i apologize

Well first of all , altho that statement sounds like truth , there are false statements mixed in there
" We do not quote scripture to defend or justify our beliefs " ???  That isnt true , but Jan doesnt believe the Bible is ALL God inspired , he says some is , but not all

Also the statement " if Jesus is not everything , day to day , moment by moment , he is not our Lord & master , and we do not belong to him ?? Also false , as born again believers , we have a choice as to whether we walk in the spirit or the flesh , of course WE SHOULD walk in the Spirit , but we dont always do so , but we still BELONG to Jesus , because when we believed the Gospel and trusted Jesus Christ for our salvation , we were adopted into Gods family , and were SEALED with the Holy Spirit .

Jan teaches that if we sin and grieve the Spirit , he leaves us , which is a LIE . That is Old Covenant theology . Once Jesus died for us , everything changed , we are now under the New Covenant , where we are indwelt with the spirit , he has taken up residence , and doesnt leave us , even if we sin ( which we all do ) Isnt that WONDERFUL !!!

Salvation and discipleship are 2 different things

::doh:: Oh, man. That is so funny, because I bet while he doesn't believe the Bible is completely inspired by God, I bet he *sure* thinks *his* words are, and should be obeyed without question, right?  ::frown::

Sorry, can't find in this thread where it is mentioned about the bible is all God inspired.

I personally do not know this Jan, but this thread is about what the OP wrote, so maybe you could
stick to that.

Thank you.

You state.......Salvation and discipleship are 2 different things.

Would you be so kind to explain and show us the difference please.

I was so hoping to find a forum wherein this man's name didn't rise up again.
My best friend made a video about this false teacher. I can't yet post links as a new member but, if you go to You Tube and seek out the video titled: Jan Boshoff (finalcall07) Condones Sin, you'll hear why it is true he is false.

Allow me to say 2 things.

In regards to Jan Boshoff, I'd advise caution. He sounds good on the surface, but is very skewed spiritually. His beliefs are very dogmatic, and the Christian Life he propose is in no way with a light burden. He raises good points, surely he does, but he himself does not have the Spirit of Truth guiding him.

In regards to the message above, God will not have servants. What do I mean by this? The heavenly beings, known as the angels, were created to serve God and man. But man was not created to be servants, but sons. As a son, you grow up, being not that much different than a servant, until you mature and is able to stand on your own. Likewise, the Father would have His children grow and be able to use wisdom and what they have been taught to stand, not so much on their own, but at the same time not needing to ask God for every direction in every move. Inevitably you want your child to grow up and be able to handle your business on his own, though not without access to you for more wisdom if needed.

I did stick to what the OP said

Salvation is all about Gods Grace , which is a FREE gift

Discipleship is about learning , growing , obeying , & our own good works , which will all be rewarded , but have nothing to do with whether we are saved or not !

your right , I should have explained myself , i apologize

Salvation and discipleship are 2 different things

ljs, what you say makes perfect sense to me.  ::amen!::

Im glad it makes sense to you Lady !!!!

Ive only been saved for a couple of years , and am still learning , but I do KNOW that my salvation was a FREE GIFT from God , because in my flesh there isnt anything good .

It is just so sad that so many dont understand this  :(  They really believe that their salvation depends on them

It is our Spirit that is born again , but we are still in our fleshly bodies until Jesus comes , then we will be made perfect , like he is , what a glorious hope !!!!!

Here is message from Jan Boshoff..

May Jesus bless you.

.

He clearly doesnt know many Christians. ::headscratch::  ::pondering:: ::shrug::  The hundreds that I have known and know are just normal  imperfect but much loved children of God who do their best but understand that in the end its not about them, but about HIM.

Another good word of the day by Mr Boshoff.

Never in history has there been as many printed Bibles in the world. Never before in history have as many people been literate. The Bible is available everywhere, on the internet. There are many Bible EXPERTS  in this world but there are very few people who know Jesus Christ.  The world has no knowledge of God because they don't know Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ Himself is the WAY. If you don't KNOW Jesus and you don't FOLLOW Him, you are LOST. You might be a Bible Expert but Jesus said:”My sheep LISTEN to My VOICE and they FOLLOW Me.” The world does not know right from wrong, they don't even know to blush, they have no shame. Christians are living in sin and wickedness and they don't even blush. They don't have Jesus Christ and they don't have the Holy Spirit. Many of them quote the Bible and they will tell you they have salvation but they are LOST in their SIN and they will PERISH because they don't KNOW Jesus Christ.  If we OBEY Jesus Christ, DO as He commanded as is also recorded in the gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, if we REPENT and turn away from our evil ways and accept Jesus Christ, be baptized in water  and seek HIM, seek the Holy Spirit INFILLING, then we will find Him. Without the Holy Spirit guiding you, you are LOST. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ. If you don't have the Holy Spirit and if you do not follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit you are LOST with your Bible. Jesus Christ is the LIVING GOD and He guides each and every disciple bu His Spirit. If you do not have the Spirit of Christ you do not belong to Him and you will PERISH.  There are many Bible Experts in this world but very little knowledge of God and that is why they SIN and they will perish in their sin if they do not REPENT and seek Jesus Christ. If you do not get to know Jesus Christ and follow and obey Him you will PERISH in your sins WITH your Bible. Seek Jesus NOW while you can before it is TOO LATE, FOLLOW and OBEY Him or you will certainly perish. May Jesus bless you.

Not to say he doesn't have originality (he doesn't), but a lot of his stuff is repeated over and over... You know he confessed before to the Bible being the Mark of the Beast?

Well he has to repeat cause most people don't listen.... He is repeating same words to increase exposure so more people can wake up... I am pretty sure Jesus told him to do that cause he loves us and wants to save us. Father God has been crying and depressed cause most souls perish to hell.

Contrary to the common Christian teaching, faith and belief alone in Jesus WILL NOT SAVE YOU.  Christians will quote all kinds of verses to prove to you that if you JUST BELIEVE you will be saved.  They will quote Paul and Silas in Acts chapter 16 when they said to the jailer, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved…”  Or they quote John 3:16 that you must believe in Jesus and you will be saved… But see they TWIST the words of the Scripture and to their OWN demise, because TRUE belief in Jesus is TOTAL obedience and surrender, it is NOT just believing things ABOUT Jesus, but is a TOTAL life CHANGE.  These Christians of today ARE IN SIN and they refuse to really repent.  IF they repented they would be saved, but they are NOT repenting of their sins.  They say; “Well we have repented…”  THEY HAVE NOT REPENTED because THEY ARE STILL SINNING.  Are YOU like the Christians that are still sinning, believing that you are saved because you think you believe in Jesus?  Or have you TRULY repented?  Is your faith in JESUS and are you PROVING it by your action?  Because without actions, without WORKS, you don’t REALLY have ANY faith at all.  DO you REALLY love Jesus with your ACTIONS?  Or are you like the FAKE Christians who DON’T REALLY love Jesus?  May the grace of Jesus be with you.

Actually, salvation comes EXACTLY how the Word tells us...and its not twisting scripture, like this "Andy" person claims.
Total obedience is God's work in the growing life of a Christian but it is not what gives us our salvation...or it would be a salvation of works.  God is pretty darned clear that our salvation is HIS gift to us, and NOT of works, so that we puny, sorry, pitiful humans wont get a big head and boast.

Quote

Every follower of Christ sins, even ol Andy. However, we are promised that if we sin, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness, because we have an advocate on high with the Father, who is Jesus Christ the Lord.

Here is a good teaching session by Jan Boshoff. This will be very helpful for many to get prepared for the destruction to come shortly. Get yourself some coffee and read this.... It's Jesus' will. He wants us to read it.

There is only one way to have salvation and that is the way of DISCIPLESHIP, following Jesus Christ. There is only one way that we can follow Jesus Christ and that is to be LED by the Holy Spirit. Most believers do not have the Holy Spirit, they do not know what discipleship is all about. it will COST you to follow Jesus Christ. The COST is very high and Jesus said that if we WISH to follow Him we must DENY OURSELVES, PICK UP OUR cross and FOLLOW Him. Most believers do not know what that means and I want to explain that today.  We read in Luke chapter 9 "23And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me. 24“For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he is the one who will save it. 25“For what is a man profited if he gains the whole world, and loses or forfeits himself? 26“For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when He comes in His glory, and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels."  We have to DENY OURSELVES. What does it mean to DENY YOURSELF?  It means to REPENT, REPENT, TURN AWAY, DISREGARD and REFRAIN from satisfying our own DESIRES, NEEDS, PLEASURES, ASPIRATIONS and PLANS. You ABANDON your own desires, that which you LIKE. You give it up and then you have to go after Jesus Christ. Jesus said that you  have to PICK UP YOUR CROSS. what is that CROSS?  The cross is the COMMANDMENTS  of Jesus Christ, His WORDS, that which He spoke. That was also recorded in the gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Those are the words of eternal life and we have to OBEY them if we want to have eternal life. Before we can follow Jesus Christ we have to obey those words. That is the CROSS, because as soon as you start obeying the words of Jesus, if you REPENT, turn away from sin, turn away from the things of the world and live according to the words of Jesus then you will be REJECTED. You will be PERSECUTED, you will be SLANDERED, you will be EX-COMMUNICATED. The world will REJECT you, family will reject you, you might lose your job, you might lose your spouse. Your children might reject you, you will end up ALONE. And if you keep on obeying Jesus, doing as He commanded,  you will end up alone, carrying your cross.  Obeying the words of Jesus Christ and doing as he commanded , that is the cross that we will bear.  If we disregard His words and disobey Him then we are not suitable for His kingdom, we cannot follow Him.  Many refuse to be baptized in water because if they are baptized in water people will reject them. They rather treasure the acceptance of people than the acceptance of God and therefor they cannot follow Jesus. They are not willing to pick up their cross every day and follow Jesus Christ in spite of rejection, in spite of difficulty, in spite of persecution. They don't want the cross. They are not willing to give up the things of the world , they are not willing to bear the cross. If we make up our mind to follow Jesus Christ and we deny ourselves, we OBEY His words, REPENT and are baptized in water then only can we follow Him BUT we can only follow Jesus Christ if we are LED by the Holy Spirit. If we do not have the Holy Spirit we cannot follow Jesus Christ. You cannot follow Jesus from reading the Bible. You cannot follow Him form being religious, going to church, being in fellowship with other Christians. You have to be in fellowship with Jesus Christ. You need to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and then follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit every day. You have to stay with Jesus , stay tuned in, listen to the Holy Spirit and He will teach and guide you. He will send you, He will use you. Jesus has called each and every one of us for a purpose in His kingdom and the only way that we can fulfill that purpose is if we are led by the Holy Spirit every day.  There is no TIME OUT. You cannot stop following Jesus Christ for a day or two and then go back. You have to follow Him every day until the very end.  That is the road of discipleship.  The apostle Paul wrote in Romans chapter 8:14 "Those who are being led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God," the children of God. If we are not led by the Spirit of God then we are not the children of God, we are not the sons of God.  We can only follow Jesus Christ if we have His Spirit and if we LISTEN, FOLLOW and OBEY Him. We have to make SPACE for His Spirit. That is why we have to DENY ourselves, we have to deny ourselves our own plans, deny ourselves watching TV, playing sports, doing the things that the world do and OPEN our hearts for Jesus, invite Him in, WAIT on Him, SEEK Him, PRAY and ask Him to FILL us with His Spirit so that we can be in FELLOWSHIP, in RELATIONSHIP with Him and that we can follow Him, and DO His will.  Many people say they have been asking for the baptism in the Holy Spirit and they are not receiving it. It is because they are not seeking. It is because they are not SERIOUS. We have to EARNESTLY SEEK the infilling with the Holy Spirit even if it means that you have  got to FAST and PRAY and WAIT on the Lord to FILL you.  Many believers do not know what the purpose is of fasting.  After our Lord Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, He was led into the desert by the Holy Spirit, where He fasted for forty days, He was without food and after that the devil came and tempted Him but He overcame satan. The purpose of FASTING, going without food for some time, to pray is do deprive yourself of sensual and physical pleasures and to focus on Jesus. As the physical is weakened the spiritual inner man that is normally suppressed and smothered is allowed to surface and you become spiritually awake, your spirit is released and becomes open to the Holy Spirit. While you are fasting you have to get your focus on Jesus Christ and PRAY because as your body is weakened and your spirit becomes awakened you will be attacked by evil spirits also, by demons, like Jesus was attacked by the devil. You have to keep your mind and your spirit focused on Jesus Christ and OPEN yourself to Him. You have to fight off the evil spirits.  The first three days you will become hungry and you will want to eat. After three days the hunger pains will leave you and you will be able to stay without food much easier, but keep on using water. It is possible to fast on water for forty days as Jesus Christ did. And after that  the devil tempted Him but He overcame satan. He was filled with the Holy Spirit and then His ministry started.  If we follow Jesus Christ we need to be filled with the Holy Spirit and the POWER of God. We need to to be RECEPTIVE to the Holy Spirit. We need to KNOW His VOICE and FOLLOW Him. If we have not received the Holy Spirit and we have not learned to HEAR His VOICE, to LISTEN, to OBEY, to FOLLOW then we cannot follow Jesus Christ.  We need to be FILLED with the HOLY SPIRIT. We have to overcome our own flesh, we have to overcome the attacks of the devil.  That is why most Christians cannot stop sinning. They have never FOUGHT the devil and overcome. They are still battling with sin and they are not led by the Holy Spirit because they do not have the Spirit of Christ IN them. We have to be FILLED with the Holy Spirit, we have to be taught by the Holy Spirit and led by the Holy Spirit to do the works of God, to fulfill the task for which Jesus Christ has called us and if we do not have the Holy Spirit and do not submit ourselves to Him daily, pick up our cross and follow Jesus Christ, PRAY, LISTEN, OBEY and DO what He commands us to do then we are NOT suitable for the kingdom of heaven, we are not useful, we cannot bear fruit for the kingdom of God if we are not LED by the Spirit of God. We cannot go out on our own and work for God. We can only work for the kingdom of God if we are led by the Spirit of God, if we FOLLOW and OBEY Jesus Christ every day.  Very few Christians follow Jesus Christ. Very few are disciples because most Christians have never received the Holy Spirit and even those who did receive the Holy Spirit do not follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is through our relationship with Jesus Christ, being LED by the Holy Spirit every day, that we gain WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING, that He TEACHES us and GUIDES us and we become part of His kingdom because we SERVE Him.   Jesus Christ requires DISCIPLESHIP. There is no other way to follow Him but to be a DISCIPLE who is LED by the Holy Spirit.  Have you become a DISCIPLE of Jesus Christ? May Jesus bless you.

Most believers do not have the Holy Spirit,

That is NOT supported by scripture!

Ephesians 1:13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,

1 Corinthians 12:13 13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.

Romans 8:9 tells us the exact opposite of what Jan says: 9 You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. (IOW, there can't *be* a believer who does not have the Holy Spirit! If they don't have Him, they aren't God's)

Good teaching by Robert Lyte ^_^)

Published on Jul 23, 2015 by Robert Lyte

Jesus Christ said to go sin no more, to the woman who was found caught in adultery. If Jesus says we are to go sin no more, it means that he knows that it is possible, and that he requires it, and we can indeed sin no more! If it was impossible like a lot of people will tell you, then Jesus could not say to go sin no more, because who could do what was impossible? Many believers believe the deadly deception that the Apostle Paul went on sinning, where he wrote in Romans chapter 7, that he did things he didn’t want to do, but the sin living within him, did those things, so he wasn’t free to carry out his good intentions. But we know, that Paul wrote, “You are no longer obligated to follow the dictates of the flesh.” He further wrote in Galatians chapter 5, “Those who are of Christ, have crucified their passions of the flesh and its desires.” Have you? Have you crucified the passions of your flesh and its desires? Are you IN CHRIST? Jesus knew what he was talking about when he said to go sin no more, because he knew that, as Paul wrote in Romans chapter 7, that we are not capable of carrying out our good intentions, because of the evil that lies within us, causes us to continue to sin! That is why Jesus died on the cross, so that he could set us FREE from this predicament, that we would be given the power and the tools necessary, by the power of the Holy Spirit to overcome and no longer practice sin anymore! That is why, it is written in 1 John chapter 3, that those who abide in Jesus, don’t continue to sin. Jesus made it very clear where he said in John chapter 15 that he is the vine and you are the branches, and every branch that abides in him produces good fruit, and those who don’t wither, because he said you cannot do anything without me. That is why he said to, “Abide in me.” That is what Jesus told me when I turned to him, and turned away from my life of sin. He said to me to abide in him, because Jesus knows that when you abide in him, you will be given the power to overcome and add to your faith daily the good things of the Holy Spirit so you no longer live a life of wickedness. It is written that those of Christ become a NEW CREATION, and the old has passed away and the new has come! Now, has that happened for you? Has the old passed away for your life? Has the new come?

If it has, it is because you have come to KNOW Jesus. He has come to abide in you. But if it has not, and you are continuing to live a life after your own desires, and you are continuing to be entertained by this world’s wickedness on the TV screens, and the movies, and the sport, and all the things that this generation strives after, then how can you know Jesus? How can he abide in you? Because clearly, you are not a new creation. The old in you has not passed away. You still continue to sin and practice sin daily because you are a sinner! Not everything is in this category of sin, but if our minds are focused on this world, and being entertained by sin, adultery, and fornication on the TV screen, by the ungodly idol of sport in our lives, but the ungodly music of this generation such as hip-hop music, rock culture, pop culture, if that is what you identify with everyday, then it is very clear that your heart, you, are not transformed by Jesus Christ. The old has not passed away in you. You are not a new creation. Jesus and you do not abide with each other. If he did, you would show it by your new life. Not everything out there is sin, and showing that we are not on the right path. We all still have got to work in this world, and have some kind of connection with people in this world and unbelievers, but the thing is the difference between a follower of Christ who has been transformed because he has come to know Jesus by seriously seeking in faith, the difference with this person is that he is indeed separate from the way this world goes: they love immorality, they love diversity which they call gay, homosexual marriage, transgender etc. They love diversity. They love the diversity of sin. They love the latest wickedness of actors in movies. The celebrities, are loved by the world because they are of the world, and believers who also go after that, have nothing to do with Jesus Christ. Jesus does require us to go another way, and the person who has been changed by Jesus, goes another way! He doesnt continue being the old person. He only continues to follow Jesus in a NEW WAY where he is seeking to be led by Jesus each day. He wants to know what the Lord is doing in his life. His mission for the Lord.

1 John 1:8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.

Romans 3:10 As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one;

2 Chronicles 6:36 "When they sin against you--for there is no one who does not sin--

1 John 1:10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

BUT THE GOOD NEWS *IS*

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1 John 2:1 My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father--Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.

What these "great" men don't seem to grasp, Cheez, is how far short they fall of God's perfect and Holy glory!  On our *best* day, of living for Him, we *still* fall short and need Jesus to be our advocate on high with the Father, who is faithful and just to cleanse us.

It always cracks me up about these men who rant and rail about Christians "sinning" by being entertained by the world's wickedness, on TV, and movies and sports and all the things that this generation strives after...but forgets to include the computer they are using.  ::frown::

If the world strives after *anything*, its technology, so you know...how can you be a new creation and preach over the internet, or post or even OWN or borrow a computer? Clearly these men are NOT new creatures in Christ! ::sarcasmalert:

they know. But Jesus wants you to "keep trying your best" not to sin without giving up. He is looking for our attitude, our heart, perseverance... Jesus is intelligent you know. He sees through our mind, what's in our deepest heart. And if we keep trying to overcome sins and ask Jesus for help he will use his cool magic to help us overcome our sins. A person truly born again can come close to perfect, or near perfect, to a level where Jesus wants us to be. There is certain level. Jesus said this.

IF we are perfect, its in Jesus perfection that we are made.  God sees us clothed in robes of *His* righteous, per scripture.

If our striving and trying were good enough, why did Jesus have to die for us?  Our goodness does not cut it, that's why!

And, Jesus doesn't use magic, cool or otherwise. He is GOD, who gave us the Holy Spirit to help us and complete the good work of growing and maturing that He began in us upon salvation.

Watching movies and TV shows and sports not only accumulate our sins but they also "take away" time to be with Jesus. They are distractions to keep away from Jesus. Using computer is highly recommended by Jesus Christ because it is a tool for us to learn and spread the words of Gospel. it all depends how we use internet.

Nope. Wrong again.  God gives us gifts, and we are to use those to bring Him glory. Being athletic is one way He gifts His children. There is no sin in sports and TV either for that matter. Unless you are also going to condemn, cars, swimming pools, libraries, schools, work, etc etc etc.  because all of those "worldly" things keep us from spending time with Jesus.  The key is balance and learning how to put Christ first.  We are not to live in a bubble...we are to be in the world but not of it.  So, our choices of what we watch on TV should be different from the world's, but to straight across the board condemn it and use it to condemn others is.just.plain.wrong! Prideful and sanctimonious as well.

And that gracious rule applies to Television and sports as well.  My kids have been in wonderful godly programs that intertwined their athleticism with the Word and applying principles of their game to living out the Word in the real world they live in.

We are doomed to begin with. We are in the same cage where trillions of demons live on this earth. We are not perfect because we are in flesh and have demons in our body. Without Jesus we are doomed and will go to hell. Jesus died on the cross to forgive us if we follow him and obey his commands. Jesus doesn't give gift of salvation to everyone that does not follow him. Repentance and obedience is part of the requirement.

We are doomed to begin with.

Yep.

Quote
We are in the same cage where trillions of demons live on this earth.

Nope. Demons are NOT made in the image of God, WE are and have nothing in common with demons.

Quote
We are not perfect because we are in flesh and have demons in our body.

I don't know where you get this stuff, Cheez.  Yes, demon possession occurs, but it is NOT an across the board, everyone has them thing. We *are* in flesh, that I will grant you, but we are also made in the image of God.

Quote
Without Jesus we are doomed and will go to hell.

Yes.

Quote
Jesus died on the cross to forgive us if we follow him and obey his commands.

Sort of.  The Bible says we are forgiven when we ASK for it, and confess Him as Lord.  Obeying is living a godly life and bringing glory to God, which we are called to do, but don't be fooled, our obedience earns us nothing for ourselves.  Not salvation, anyway.  We obey because it pleases and blesses and glorifies the Father.  We are saved because of Christ and what HE did on the cross, not what WE do, ever.

Quote
Jesus doesn't give gift of salvation to everyone that does not follow him.

This is just not so.  Otherwise, only people that live long lives have any chance at salvation.  Otherwise, there is no hope for the one who with their last breath confesses Him as Lord.  Otherwise, God is a liar and salvation is one of works.

Quote
Repentance and obedience is part of the requirement.

Repentance is what leads us to confessing that Jesus IS and not ourselves.  Obedience is NOT a requirement for salvation, but it is a requirement for a healthy walk with God.
