If you see a book named "End of Gospel" and with the following words in its description: "... New Testament terminates itself in the same way as it terminates Old Testament...", would you consider it a heresy?

Heresy means to contradict the church.

Because of that, quite a few things were heretical and aren't anymore, or are heretical that used to be common practice.

As far as your question goes: I believe you're asking, "If a book claims to be a 3rd testament, a New NT if you will, like the NT does to the OT, is that book blasphemous?"

Well, we have a real life example: The book of mormon.

And I would say, Yes. It is blasphemous.

There is no more to the Gospel, nor does their need to be more to the Gospel. The Gospel is Grace and salvation for any that believe. There is nothing to be added to it. Paul went so far to say that even if an angel appeared and told you of a "new" gospel, that he should be cursed twice over.

So reject any teachings that claim to be scripture that adds on to the Bible.

No. I'd consider the source as being one Victor Porton, a  Spammer atheist promoting a five year old out of print book that is so bad there aren't even reviews of it posted at Amazon.com. And who wishes the new testament was no longer valid so he'd not have to face the fact that living unrepentant it tells him he's bound for Hell.

Then I'd ban the troll that returns here again and again posting inane threads to get a rise out of Christians the way atheists always seem to do as a means to occupy the time they spent occupied with something that they have faith isn't there!
