Is time travel possible?  I'll think about it and tell you tomorrow...

According to my watch it is already tomorrow but according to my sleeping habits it is still today...so according to my sleeping habits, two hours ago was yesterday for some people and yet it is now for others...I live in the present, what about you?...when is now for you?...what if tomorrow never comes, does today actually exist or is it in our own imagination?...and what about yesterday?...did it really happen?...which day is this?...and what will be tomorrow?... How is it possible to live in the present when time always moves forward without ceasing?...just think about it for a second.......So have you given it a thought?......your thought already belongs in the past whether you thought about it or not...what did you think about?...did you waste your time if only for a second?...Why?...do you see it?...you cannot change your thought, it will never come back again, even if you try for the rest of your life but what would be the purpose of it?...however you look at it, it will always remain in the past...unless it freezes...and even then, frozen or not, time is stronger than our thoughts, it still moves on no matter what, it never stops, it always goes forward...forward you will never know if you only live in this time and with your own thoughts...there is hope that is stronger than time...His name is Jesus...He was, is and always will be the Great I Am...think about Him always...

I know this is so, cuz I read it in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.  If you haven't read it, you need to.

I rode the Dolphin to Mars that actually wrote the book

I've been thinking deeply about time travel in the last few weeks. I'm wondering if it's possible. I always have. This is the way I see it.

Time is movement. We are moving forward in time. We are moving away from the past and into/toward the future through the present.

So if time travel is possible, we must figure out a way to "travel" away from the future into the past or away from the present and into the future. So in that respect we are time "traveling" into the future at a slow pace.

So if time travel is possible we must find a way to move away from certain points. We must find a way to movement. And to do that we would have to find a road. That is, something that the tires would be able to grip to and thrust us/pull us one way or the other. So I guess we need some tires too!

Yeah, I was getting deep and then wound up in the shallow in.

So is time travel possible?

I don't think so, but I wish it was possible.  Then I could go back two months and prevent my future son in law and current son in law from dying.

Things happen, and then they've done happened.

You don't get to revisit them.

There are examples that men travel in time like John the beloved or James? who explained the word of God the Eunuch? Or what about Paul?

Time travel IS possible.  I am living proof.  I travelled back in time almost two years ago....it was only two hours, but it was backwards in time.  Really.  I even have the documentation to prove it.

I was flying from Tokyo, Japan to Atlanta, Geogia and I left Tokyo at 1630 (4:30 PM) on Thursday and landed in Atlanta at 1430 (2:30 PM) the same Thursday.

True story!  If I'm lying, I'm dying...

Its not possible now, and nobody knows if it ever will be.  For now, its only a theory.

"The Einstein Theory of Relativity states that time is relative with the speed of the object while moving through space.

Since it is proven that time is relative, it might also be possible that its relativity depends on more variables than just 'movement of the object'.

Since movement has direction (there are three space dimensions) it seems conceivable that time itself has direction too, or could even curve, bent, fold, twist etc. "

Thus...time travel is highly probable. Pondering

Here's a philosophical way to look at it. If time travel 'were' possible, if you changed ANYTHING...even standing next to someone say 2 minutes in the past that you didn't originally...then technically wouldn't you be saying that God lost control of the world?

1. You stand next to mary at 4:07pm
2. You stand next to sue at 4:09pm
3. You time travel back to 4:07pm, your now standing next to Sue & Mary at the same time, and in two minutes are about to have a paradox that will destroy the universe.

God's in control, so when you were standing next to mary at 4:07pm that's where you were supposed to be. How could you possibly stand next to sue at 4:07pm without saying God's not in control? Is it possible? Sure. Will it happen? Doubtful.

Is Time Travel Possible?

Why yes.  Just yesterday when I left for my mothers home it was 11:30 and when I got there it was 12:45, that's 1 hour and 15 minutes worth of time travel.  Doh!

Joke No worries  I don't know, what do you think?

To avoid such time paradox, a time traveller of an advance civilization would have develope temporal shielding, which is a theoretical technology that protects a vessel against changes in the timeline utilizing aspects of temporal science.  Pondering
