Where Would You Go If...

Time travel existed? (Thanks to RalphMalph's clocks topic :P)

NOTE : The person traveling would be like a ghost - NOT IN ANY WAY ABLE TO AFFECT THE EVENTS THEY ARE VISITING.

Where would you go?

>_> I would totally go to one of the times of Jesus' ministries......and jump around like an excited fangirl

or maybe
Deut 4:29-31 "But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all of your heart and soul. When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the LORD your God and obey His voice (for the LORD your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of our fathers which He swore to them.

Gal 2:20 "I have been crucified with CHRIST and it is no longer I WHO LIVE but CHRIST LIVES IN ME, and this life I live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."

I was helping at a town church occasion. Ones in this church seem to be into "liberal" stuff and maybe reincarnation, etc. One guy told me that a woman in her nineties, I think he said, had stayed in the attic about my apartment, and died there, and has been heard up there, or something like that. I said something like, if I was a ghost not limited by a physical body, I do *not* think I would be staying in an attic. I might go to North Korea and visit the dictator in his private place and overhear what really is going on; I'm thinking, may be he is just a showpiece being controlled by others who are really running the show.

But, actually, why would I be concerned just with this world's affairs? "No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier." (2 Timothy 2:4) My attention needs to be to God, instead. And God is everywhere in time and space; so anywhere I might go, God would be the same and just as good as He is, now . . . here . . . where I *am* ::smile::

So, where would *You* like me to go, LORD? ::smile:: Wherever, now, You would like me to go is the very best place to go. What is *Your* dream?

Be patient, "with all lowliness and gentleness,
                       with longsuffering,
bearing with one another in love," (Ephesians 4:2)
