Debtor / Creditor relationships, and the terms and conditions on which credit is granted is the main driving force behind business and other decisions at this time.
I have to wonder what pressure your president is under from the world bankers...
This is an issue worthy of discussion.
One of the things I track is the terms and conditions under which credit is granted to small business.
The new mantra in the banking world is "sustainability". What is sustainability in the eyes of the banking community? I don't know and I'm sure most small business owners don't know.
But we'd better learn as they intend to use it as an analysis tool, phased in I'd bet...
In all fairness to the OP. I don't want to hijack his/her thread. But I do want make a last comment.
Think Commerce. Almost everything we do on a daily basis puts us into Commerce. Commerce is ruled by the Uniform Commercial Code...not the Constitution. Think of all the Contracts we have in place. Think Contract Law...not the Constitution. Did you sign your name on the dotted line? Guess what, you are bound by the terms of the Contract.
The terms of the Contract is the Law. Anyway, we can really go much further into this, but I really don't want to.
In the end, does any of this really matter? Can it save my soul? I don't think so.
Christ gives us true "allodial title" to heaven, through His Blood. True Wealth and Property.
