President Obama was born in the State of Hawaii of the United States of America. Ergo, he's a citizen of the United States at birth. About as natural born as one can get.



If they had meant a "born" citizen, they would have said so.

So, "Natural born citizen" has a particular definition. It is a Term of Art.

Term of Art:
A Term of Art is a word or phrase that has a special meaning in a particular context. Terms of art abound in the law. For example, the phrase double jeopardy can be used in common parlance to describe any situation that poses two risks. In the law, "Double Jeopardy" refers specifically to an impermissible second trial of a defendant for the same offense that gave rise to the first trial.

You haven't shown anything; all you have done is taken snippets of material compiled by others to make an argument that you think should apply to President Obama that has never been tested in court.

I, on the other hand, have shown you the text of the U.S. Code, and you won't deal with it.

 Myself, I would rather be a birther, than a person living in denial, and does not have enough character, or brass. ones to speak truth. I do not trust a person that is such a coward ( speaking of all those in denial) My goodness, I know character is all about gone in the United States, but, gee as Christians should we not have a little courage to face the truth? Lying for Obama, does not make it anyless sinful to lie.

That is the rub. What is your proof that he was born in Hawaii? That is at the center of this whole issue.

That proves nothing. Absolutely nothing. "Uh, I've seen it"...

Ignorant? Well, I may be ignorant but I wouldn't spend 1.5 million dollars to protect me from showing my birth certificate. I know that much. And, stating what has been stated previously, I have to show my children's birth certificate to register them for school, sports, etc...

This issue would be a non-issue if he would just put it to rest. It is too easy to end this mess. But instead, he spend more money not to do it.

That may make sense to you, but to me, the ignorant one, I just can't seem to wrap my small brain around that one...

Let's see... Show my birth certificate or spend millions of dollars hiding it... Hmmm, let me see now... And you call me ignorant.
