So far the President is simply refusing to talk about this. When his spokesman, Robert Gibbs, was asked about the recent Washington Times article, "Obama's Lewd Schools Czar" he simply said, "I don't have anything on that now." See report.

Maybe I should have expected it, but I'm amazed at the silence of the left. The man set up a night of sex for a middle-aged man and a minor and Obama has him making decisions about our children's safety?!?! Talk about letting the fox guard the hen house! The hypocritical left doesn't care because their only concern is how it could negatively reflect on or affect Obama. Very, very disturbing and revealing!

 Hearing something about him, that he wrote in his book, every young boy needs an older man to love him. Hannity said he wasspart of the boy man club or something. I have to go, but will look it up for facts later tonight. Whew I am glad this czar is white, no racism here. Sorry for mispellings have to run.

Sodomy was still against the law in Massachusetts in 1988. Yet, Jennings was unconcerned about this since he was routinely engaging in this unnatural behavior. He was also unconcerned that an old man had enticed a teenager into going home with him after meeting in a restroom. (In 2002, a Massachusetts court ruled that consensual sodomy was permitted as long as it was conducted in private.) Until that time, sodomy was a crime punishable by a prison sentence of not more than 20 years. “Crimes against nature” and “Unnatural and lascivious acts” were punishable by prison terms and fines.

Even if Brewster was 16 at the time – and Jennings didn’t know this – Brewster was still engaging in a criminal behavior in Massachusetts with a pederast (a gay man who has sex with boys).

In addition, since Jennings apparently thought Brewster was 15 at the time, he was violating the Massachusetts law on mandated reporting of the crime of statutory rape of a child. The punishment for statutory rape at present is no less than 10 years to life in prison. Jennings let a pederast go free to molest other troubled teenage boys like Brewster.

Massachusetts also has a law on the books under “Crimes Against Chastity, Morality, Decency and Good Order.” This law in Chapter 272, Section 4 says:

Inducing person under eighteen to have sexual intercourse -- Section 4. Whoever induces any person under 18 years of age of chaste life to have unlawful sexual intercourse shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than three years or in a jail or house of correction for not more than two and one-half years or by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by both such fine and imprisonment. http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/272-4.htm
