I have a flare-up of gout in my big toe. It is very painful to walk. I found more foods I should avoid. I already avoid too much red meat, asparagus, and sweetened drink or fruit drink but I found cauliflower is bad, spinach is too and these vegetables I have beeb eating to keep my warfarin level right, I also found out aspirin and some other medicines can cause a flare-up. You can't win for losing! I have an appointment in the morning to see a doctor. They can't get me in today. Please pray for me. It is so painful.
